Tatoos have been in african culture for centuries. But it was like for Polynesians. It was to tell a story for the most part and to be distinctive. Like an indeitifcation card. You see the tattoo you know he is from that tribe and from this family.
Identification, history and after for looks. Butt never only for fashion. Because everything has a meaning. Everything. Every sentence, every drawing.

Even older children can't have tattoos. You will normally be banned from the family. If the dad was there,the hand would be chop in a minute.
