How to remove 4 sided clip on the Kenmore electric range control board.

If anyone knows the proper name for this type of clip that would be awesome!
I figured this video may be helpful. This clip is super easy to remove but I had no idea how at first.

Wow, kenmore range control board.. I rebuild those everyday!! Lets replace all the electrolytics while we are at it, I think I see a bulge there !
