Lyrics: World Ablaze
To be set free, at the end of his days
Into a world ablaze
With wonder in his eyes, he takes a deep breath
For a fleeting moment, a dance with life's depth
Born and raised trapped in a cage
A man confined, his spirit bent
Dreams locked away, his heart suppressed
Yearning for a taste of freedom's zest
To be set free, at the end of his days
Into a world ablaze
With wonder in his eyes, he takes a deep breath
For a fleeting moment, a dance with life's depth
Mountains rising, kissing the sky
Rivers flowing, echoing lullaby
The colors of life, vibrant and bright
For a single moment, he's part of the light
The wind whispers stories, caressing his face
The sun's gentle warmth, a long-lost embrace
He walks through fields, untouched and wild
The Nature’s symphony, melodies compiled
To be set free, at the end of his days
Into the world ablaze
With wonder in his eyes, he takes a deep breath
For a fleeting moment, a dance with life's depth
As twilight falls, he finds solace within
For he's tasted freedom, despite the world's din

Gaerea rips.
I saw them during the Crypt of Ancestral Knowledge US tour and they blew me away.
This song is amazing, Gaerea are getting better and better! When you changed the scenes behind you... the Benfica cap disappeared... aaaaaaaaaah
I need to find a new spot for it
Hell yes! What a great kick off for the new album!
Gaerea is easily my favorite black metal band. Have not heard one song of their's that hasn't been a must listen.
All 4 albums. No skips. My fav song right now, “Void of Numbness!”
I really don't care if it sounds like metal core, jazz or something else, this is just gold, enjoy... Good luck guys, big hug from Portugal.
It sounds like a mixture of many metal sub genres. That's one reason I love Gaerea so much. They're able to blend all those styles together with perfection.
I saw Gaerea live last october when they played in Finland in Mikkeli. And I liked them alot, reminding me of Saor, Sojourner and Wormwood, but Gaerea has this more modern style. This song was great, and indeed progess in the right direction.
\m/ looking forward to the new record thank you for the review too!
Comings. Cummings. Comyn.
Saw them live at Party San festival 2022, and they were pretty great despite having to play in the still scorching sun at 5:45 p.m. 🤘And hey, they're from Portugal!
Also, I agree. It's the best song for me, too. 🤘
best Metal band in Portugal are from the most beautiful city in Portugal Porto
I don't know why but this song brings me to tears
We have some Sporting supporters 😅😅
Diogo! És um excelente baterista, acho o teu trabalho fantástico. Bons entendedores entenderão 😂 Abraço
Reminds me of Harakiri For The Sky. Good stuff.
Blackcore already exists in some form with Lorna Shore's flavour of Blackened Deathcore, but I think you may be on to something here.
This band is just getting better and better! But best song is still Memoir… you should check out Grima - Giant’s eternal sleep! Amazing and so underrated
Brutal
I listen to: Springsteen, Bowie, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Rammstein, Rotting Christ, Septicflesh, Mozart, Rachmaninoff, and many others, as long as it is good music.
Nice reaction guys. Not my fav from them but very good sound. Regards from Portugal!
Thanks for watching!
Good stuff.
F love Gaerea 🤘
Salve is my favorite song from Gaerea.
i do think they can use too much of their own formula reciepe, while it sounds great i do think a lot of their songs can be too similar, it is a mix of searing vocals and guitars, and fast drums, then a slower part and then back to fast again.
i would want more experimentation from Gaerea, while what they are doing is great, it can be a bit too much of the same.
i don`t think they sound like a metalcore song here, i think they are Post-Black Metal.
it's not diarrhea =)) just watch a short interview and learn how to pronounce the name guys!
