How could anyone possibly choose which one they like better? All 11 are AMAZING! .. I am in awe how you can go between so many mediums and be amazing at all of them!
The one downside with having the books in their set boxes with the pages facing you is that taking them out is bit more difficult. Maybe adding a strip of cloth to each box for each book, so that it's easier to pull out by pulling on the cloth would make sense? Or you can upgrade the box itself as well, to make the painting blend even more.. :)
Martina this is unbelievably good. Girl, you're so good at every type of art project you try! Truly an inspiration! I can only imagine how cool would be to do this with a Manga collection as well (even though it probably wouldn't work as great because manga pages don't always have white edges).

I would be absolutely thrilled if she painted a scene from my favorite book series: Charlie Bone It is right up her alley in terms of fantasy and action!
When I first saw the title of the video, my first reaction was "NOOOOOO!!!" XD But, the final products turned out so beautifully!!! You said you're not good with water colour, but the hues and contrast of value and layering was just done so beautifully!!! And the way you used the colour pencils to add more depth and detail was just perfect! And honestly, do I have to pick a favourite? You literally picked all of my favourite books and made masterpieces out of them all! I'm kinda wanting to try that out myself now! Maybe not on my own books, though...maybe some of my books...? Maybe?
The Hobbit house painting actually turned out really nice! It gives off studio Ghibli vibes. And the Hogwarts castle reminds me of the skies in Barbie Pegasus.
As an occasional watercolorist, I was mindblown at the geniusness of you using an initial layer of wax pencils to repel the watercolors in order to get that magical effect. Super smart! Definitely will be stealing this technique.

You should also try to make some custom cover art and boxes for your video games. As a gamer, I am really curious to see what you can do on them!
Martina: “I’m not used to watercolours”
Also her: *creates masterpieces*
I would be absolutely thrilled if she painted a scene from my favorite book series: Charlie Bone
It is right up her alley in terms of fantasy and action!
When I first saw the title of the video, my first reaction was "NOOOOOO!!!" XD
But, the final products turned out so beautifully!!!
And the Hogwarts castle reminds me of the skies in Barbie Pegasus.
claims she will mess it up with water colour.. ends up with a masterpiece
I feel like if you use thinned acrylics they would work fine, but clearly watercolors work.
New NerdForge video = a good day ahead
I will never be tired to be fascinated by your masterpieces.
"Did you paint my Harry Potter books?" Dumbledore asked calmly.
"I'm not good with watercolors"
Continues to create an epic masterpiece
Please keep painting books, I wanna watch it.
As an occasional watercolorist, I was mindblown at the geniusness of you using an initial layer of wax pencils to repel the watercolors in order to get that magical effect. Super smart! Definitely will be stealing this technique.
If I had half of Martina's talent for these things, I'd still be more than twice as good as I am now. That's an amazing result she got with those books! 👍
