Love the video but it’s pronounced “klip-sh” 😉
I just got this one, good size center channel
Review: “Sounds a lot better than I thought it would sound.” “Seems like it does more than my previous center channel” These are not reviews.
Great review mate, from Australia 😃🇦🇺👍👏
Great review on the center channel! How you liking your receiver? I got something similar but my volume is kinda low. Dunno if its the receiver or my speakers
Hey, I love the receiver. It's powerful and it works great with the HDMI ARC feature. The interface is really good to.
Could u let us hear them next time, and not talk so much?
I'd cross this center over at 120hz you won't belive how much clear it gets so gernal Rule of thumb is to do an octive to half octive above so if your speaker goes to 40hz full octive is 80hz and half is 60hz so for a 60hz a fully octive is 120hz half is 90hz 80hz is 160hz and half is 120hz its because at high volumes it will start to play the low stuff because it's not a hard stop it's just played at a much lower volume
bumkrilla5339 r u usin fuzzy math?
@robertspringer9477 no that's the general guide is 1 octive above speakers f3 for play back at reference but most people rooms are small to medium so an 80hz crossover works best for the most part for better bass response and half octive let's say you have rp6000f that hits 38 half octive is 56hz so you'll do a 60hz crossover since Avr don't have 56hz and you'll notice the bass with the sub and speakers sounds alot more smooth if blends in very well
you know how to get a replacement grill for this?
Between the R34 and 504 ,which one is better?
504
I am thinking of building 6.1ch with the following speakers.
The surround and surround back woofers are smaller than
the front, so I'm worried that it won't lack power.
Please advise if i can enjoy with this spec.
C : klipsch r-52c
F : klipsch r-620f
SL/SR:klipsch r-41sa
SW: klipsch r-100sw
SB : klipsch r-34c
AV : denon x-1600h
Intended use:70% of Movies and 30% of Music
Room size:265(6.5m)×143(3.5m)
The seat is installed in the center of the room.
Thanks
How does it compare to kc-25 center channel
Can you have this piece alone added to your tv for enhanced sound? or will it not make sense to buy this unit alone?
You’ll need some type of power
Source to send the signal through to use it. Since the tv doesn’t have wire outputs/imput terminals it wouldn’t hook up. If you have a receiver and want to hook that up it will absolutely improve quality but I imagine you’ll find yourself wanting some low
End bass to Go with the increased mid range vocals.. thus, the cycle begins 😎 I hope this answered your question!
Thanks for the review! what is your old center channel you're comparing it to?
Is your old one R52c?
nice center speaker im looking to upgrade my vc-25
I wish I could afford one....dang....
Does this bring out the dialogue in the movies?
Yes
Got the notification and bam! We here!
What's your crossover for this?
Nice video!
I am curious if this sounds better then R52C. I would've loved a 4x 5,25 inch center
It does in my opinion. R-34C is more crisp
@@JeromeJunior Thanks! Would it be worth exchanging them tho?
@@MrArjanOskam I personally don't think so.
If you were buying a center for the first time and they were the same price, would you choose the 34c over 52c?
Grill-less sure is clean
How much did you get this for?
Full retail price. Wasn't on sale at the time it was purchased
👍🏿 nice pick up. I have this center channel as well.
How is it? Is it to much for a bedroom
Does this require an amp for power?
Yes
It requires an amp to "drive" them.Preferably a pre amp/processor plus an amp.
It probably sounds more clear and crisp because it's closer to ear level and it's not being colored by your TV stand move your center to the edge of the TV stand sound will improve big time nice set up bro
Thanks for the review. What type/model of receiver are you running the r34c with?
Onkyo TX-NR686
Is the older center channel the R52 C and if so which one do you like better?
Yes it is. And i like the R-34C better. Clarity is on point.
Appreciate the review brother.
