Saw this guy on my 1st concert: the Deep Purple "Burn" tour in Houston in '74. He was the singer in a band called "Elf". I remembered how powerful his voice was, though small in stature, he sounded 10 feet tall. Little did I know that I was looking at the future singer of Rainbow, Sabbath & his phenomenal solo career. IN ALL the musicians & acts I've seen live, I've NEVER seen a man who was genuinely appreciative of his audience, making you feel a "part of the family that mattered" & it ALWAYS came through EVEN in his live recordings. A genuine & thoughtful, articulate man. A giant in rock & roll, Lord I miss you, Ronnie!!!
Dio shouldn’t have hired another 18 year old for this album lol, definitely should not have been in this interview. That kid is sitting there bored as hell waiting for the interview to be over

Wow, Ronnie was speaking some serious words of wisdom at the end there
Dio is the best artist in rock that's ever lived.
How would it been a second Dio album with Rowan if only ….
