It's totally spring. I filmed some beautiful scene nearby my home.
I made vegan pasta and pecan pie this week which turned out so good that I have to recommend them.
1. mushroom pasta(for 1person)
-pasta 100g
-2 cloves of garlic
-1/4 onion
-extra virgin olive oil
-4 mushrooms(shiitake, button)
-veggie broth 150ml
-butter 10g
-parmigiano reggiano
2. pecan pie

-icing sugar 33g
-unsalted butter 53g
-egg 17g
-salt 1g
*filling
roasted pecan 215g
egg 76g
starch syrup 40g
honey 30g
muscovado sugar 50g
unsalted butter 50g
salt 2g
vanilla extract 2g

Again, everything looks so delicious! I love how the pasta is shaped, looks so fancy! And as I absolutely love nuts, the pecan pie also looks amazing to me. I want to recreate these dishes too! 💕 You're such a great cook 🥰
Yeah, maybe you can get that pasta in Japan! It's mapaldine from Gentile. I highly recommend this. You can make pecan pie, as well. It's gonna be not that hard. cuz you're talented.😁 Thank you for watching my video again🥰

Oh you notice it🤣I love all the Staub pot. They're very good quality and even I can use it for a dutch oven!!

@@TheIntrovertKitchen Oh I love them, too! I have some of their dishes for lasagna and it’s really pretty!🥰 I think they’re more feminine than Staub for their pale and pastel color.
