Hello. Before the summer heat became too unbearable, I went on a short vacation.
Before leaving home, I tried to use up the ingredients left in the fridge in various ways.
Lasagna
Béchamel sauce:
30g butter
30g flour
250ml milk
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (skip if unavailable)
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf
Fresh mozzarella
Shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese
Lasagna noodles
Ragu sauce
Chocolate Roll Cake (for a 3929 half-sheet pan)
I used a 3030 (size 6 square pan) and used 75% of the ingredients for the chocolate sheet, but the same amount of cream, rolled as a Dojima roll.

50g cacao nibs
150g hot heavy cream
175g cold heavy cream
♥︎ Cacao Nibs Whipped Cream
All of the matured cacao nibs cream
100g mascarpone cheese
37g sugar
♥︎ Roll Cake Sheet
4 egg yolks
25g sugar
25g vegetable oil (sunflower oil)
35g milk
60g cake flour
20g cocoa powder
40g hot water
135g egg whites (about 4 eggs) + 88g sugar

라자냐가 은근 냉털로 제격이에요 하하
제 느낌으론 맛이 레스토랑에서 사먹는거랑 다른점은 면 같아요 면이 좀더 부드러우면 완전 레스토랑입니다..!👍 라구소스는 승우아빠 레시피대로 하고 있는데 저는 만족하며 먹고있어요!! 꼭 해보세요☺️
