The honorable judge is emphasizing that the High court is not the trial court.
Appreciate the confidence if the lady lawyer but confidence itself not enough, it is preliminary requirenent. Lawyer to learn the law well and prepare his and her case with logic and evidence.

कुछ वकीलों की वजह से इतने केस कोर्ट्स में लंबित रहते हैं। ये केस सॉल्व ही नहीं होने देते। अगर केस सॉल्व हो गए तो इनके सोर्स ऑफ इनकम बन्द हो जाएंगे। इसलिए सालों साल केस पेंडिंग रहते हैं। दामिनी फ़िल्म में सन्नी देओल ने गलत नहीं कहा था।
She was not having reference to the matter (subject) for what she was seeking relief before honorable Justice on behalf of her clients and continue with talk by giving irrelevant references ; yet justice sir gave enough time to search the reference to lady council .

It’s cross version . Once this fact is admitted self Defence and Pvt defence can be proved only after conclusion of trial . Hon’ble judge raising genuine questions, but lady lawyer seems unable to explaining the situation to quash the FIR under section 482 of cr. PC .
90 % of the petition filed under section 482 are baseless and lawyers being filed even after knowledge of scope and limited grounds of inherent power and that was the point the court had tried to make her realise by query on the footing of scope and grounds to quash the FIR, we lawyers files quashing petition for making money many times but some time for genuine relief
Meeting the queries of The Judge should be given priority by the advocate : Profitably established in the interest of Advocacy
Loyer must prepare well before filing the case before court.
Only lordship is her argument

गूगल अनुसार 2 जनवरी 1936 को भारत सरकार अधिनियम, 1935 के तहत जबलपुर उच्च न्यायालय मध्य प्रदेश राज्य की स्थापना हुई। किन्तु RUclips पर इस न्यायालय के कुछ जजों व वकीलों के बीच हुई बहसें सुनने से लगता ही नहीं की यह कोर्ट इतना पुराना है तथा इस कोर्ट के जज व वकील मध्यप्रदेश के आमजन हितार्थ कोई काम कर भी रहे हैं ? वहां कुछ जजों की बेंचें वकीलों से सिर्फ केस वापिस लेने की दबाव तकनीक अपनाए हुए हैं या वहां के वकीलों का क़ानूनी ज्ञान स्तर का इतना बुरा हाल है जो मुद्दों को सही ढंग से नहीं रख पा रहे और नतीजतन बार-बार जजों को वकीलों के साथ ऐसा करना पड़ता है जो भी हो माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट इसका संज्ञान लेकर मध्यप्रदेश के आमजन को राहत पहुँचाने का कष्ट करें। #supremecourt

When she said i want to withdraw the application in one second the judge gave the judgement that the application is withdrawn.
The petition is better to be withdrawn than to be rejected. It was her first hearing anyways.

2017 se Feb.23 tak 2nd party baahar bbahr case manage karta raha jub Feb.23 ko notice gaya tub March 23ke date par written petition dekar date attend kiya jo written petition diya uska copy mera wakil Lal Babu Prasad recived karke agla date par khud absent ho gaye or written petition ka copy lekar ghumte rahe last me us written petition ka copy 15/4/24 ko diye ab main apne wakil ko nakkal nikalne ke liye bola to nakkal nikalne ka fees 800/900 rupay ka demand kar rahe hai kub o nakkal nikal kar dete hai o samay batayega

Sach or jhuth ki ladai savit karne me kitne sal or lagenge ek hamara case SDM court patnacity me chal raha hai jisme spot enquiry ka aadesh march2023 me hua lekin aaj 15/3/2024 tak perfect spot enquiry nahi hua lekin 2nd party mera file me apne manmarji ke anusar sport enquiry report mera file me lagwa de raha hai jiski jankari mera wakil 4 -5mahina baad humko batata hai ab spot enquiry ke jagah dono wakil milkar aarop pratyarop ka dawr 9/12/23 se 15/3/24 tak chal raha hai bich bich me 2nd party dwara galat spot enquiry report mera file me lagwa diya ja raha hai

It is a shame that English is a preferred language of the court till date. Court language should be in the language of the region or a translator should be provided by the court. Its hypocrisy.
