I am from Khandwa. I don't know this man but I can clearly see his intention and what he's trying to do. Hon Judge understood this case in a minute.

@@ParveshKumar-uh4ps he got land where he wanted to build/develop colony and nearby his land like attached with that, there are more land's which are going to become a colony , Now he don't want them to build because he don't want competition. Deep down he's taking name of govt and govt road but his actual target are competitors.

Observation of the judge appears to be cure is better than prevention.
True but legally you cannot say assuming XYZ happens so and so wil happen to me. If they wanted preventative order then they hsould make local municipal corporation as party and get affidavit from them to protect his property etc.
