Honourable court ne jo bola so bola, bahar nikalte hi in dono 12th fails ki proper service honi chahiye thi. This is just 1 case that got highlighted, because of a sharp and benevolent judge. Imagine how many cases, just by these 2 would've gone by undetected, just because The common man has literally next to no power, aur ye dono Batman bane firte honge. I hope the police department and the mother-in-law filed proper charges against both these idiots.

जज साहब पूरी कोशिश मे लगे हैं की आगे से कोई भी न्याय की उम्मीद मे न्ययालय आने से पहले अपने आत्मसम्मान को धरती में दफना कर आये। न तो जज साहब वकीलों को अपनी बात कहने का अवसर दे रहे हैं न ही उनकी बात समझने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं इनका पूरा ध्यान इस बात पर है की वो जो मानते हैं वही सब लोग माने। अपनी अवधारणा को सही साबित करने के लिए ये बार बार बिना सिर पैर के तर्क दे रहे हैं, अगर पुलिस को भ्रष्ट बोलने के लिए वकीलों पर मुकदमा चलाया जा सकता है तो बिना सबूत वकीलों को झूठा बोलने के लिए इन जज साहब पर भी मुकदमा चलना चाहिए या नहीं ?
कोई पूछे इनसे की दसवीं पास लड़की खुदको बारहवीं पास बताकर शादी करे तो ये पुरुष के साथ धोखा कैसे नहीं है !! ये अहलूवालिया जी क्या दिमाग घर पर छोड़कर न्ययालय आते हैं ?

@@sanjaykp188 वही दफा लगेगी जिस दफा को आधार बनाकर यही न्यायालय तब शादियों को नगण्य घोषित कर देते हैं जब शादी से पहले पुरुष अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति, शैक्षिक योग्यता, जाति धर्म और पूर्व विवाह के बारे में गलत जानकारी देते हैं। वही दफा इस केस में क्यों नहीं लगाई जा सकती ? या सारे नियम कानून सिर्फ पुरुषों के लिए हैं !!
इसके अलावा क्योंकि विवाह में बड़ी मात्रा में धन एवं गहनों का लेनदेन भी होता है तो दफा 420 का उपयोग भी किया जा सकता है। बस इच्छाशक्ति होनी चाहिए न्याय देने की दफाएं तो इतनी है जितने तंतु आपके छोटे से मस्तिष्क में नहीं होंगे।
बाकी जिस भाषा में आपने मुझसे प्रश्न किया उसके लिए ऐसी बेहतरीन संस्कार देने वाली अपनी माता जी के चरणों में मेरा चरण स्पर्श दीजिएगा। 🙏
