He's my favorite judge💪 I hope he gets elevated to supreme court soon. Another one of my fave was justice Arvind, CJ of gujrat high court, happy to know that he was elevated to SC. Hope some more sensible and prudent people are sitting in those chairs😊

When highest officials of police force try to make a monkey of the HC we can deduce that Indian Police has no respect for law or its processes. Clearly every state needs a Police Ombudsman to ensure all government machinery work according to just laws without self serving or malafide intentions.
And who ensures that Police Ombudsman will never become part of the nexus ? Another Ombudsman ?

Due to the lack of supervision in the police force in Madhya Pradesh, there is a total lawlessness over here. Implicating innocent people in false criminal cases and protecting the criminals are rampant.
I am not aware of all judges in Pakistani courts. But I do have a strong sense of Pakistani courts lagging behind.
Or I may be wrong.
Anyway, I have a lot of respect for this judge. And often bump into his court clips.
Lots of respect from Pakistan for this upright and honest judge.
People like him are the true patriots, who keep the country in balance!

He is one of the brilliant judges...but why get so touchy by hearing 'dictating the terms'😅
For every session in the court, the presiding Hon' Judge is supposed to be the ONLY one who can dicate the rulings of the proceedings. Saying that someone else is "dictating the terms" is a rude question on the Hon' Judge's ability to run his court.
Justice Agarwal was not being touchy, he was boldly asserting who's in charge.

From what I can make out it is a service writ petition by a fellow police personnel/or private person, whereby this person has challenged the action of revocation of suspension of police personnel from services by the ssp on the grounds of mental stress etc which is contradictory to the rules and regulations, it does not have any such grounds for revocation of suspension therefore the judge has specifically asked for the affidavits of both the ssp and Dig to explain the law under which such order of revocation was passed.

By the way, we don't bow before the judge but before tha authority who is giving us justice as per the constitutional laws of India. We are bowing down to law of the land and not judge. It is symbolic.

Seperation of powers between legislature, executive and judiciary is essential feature of constitution to check balance of powers and in indian judiciary it is peculiar case of often judicial activism. Because, wrong law can be set aside by court, wrong conduct by executive can be punished bu court but what when conduct of judges are itself in question then who is there to balance are they are not human cant they do error.
Judiciary work is of interpretation of rules and regulations of law made by legislature and if it appears any injustice is done to plaintiff theb to award such judgement so that to compensate its rights which have been violated for which judiciary is given over riding powers for sanctioning of complete justice.
But subsequently, they have made themself supreme authorities above all even parliament which is not acceptable in democracy.
Recent case of manipur violence when government is saying that they are taking action then also supreme court took suo moto cognizance and said if govt dont take action then we will decide. Such practice is harnful to sacred institution of judiciary which our constitution makers envisàged.

wrong place to bable your stupid personal opinion. First of all here the SP order is clearly in the wrong and due to mala fide intention and the judge is absolutely in his power to check it. Second about your Manipur arguemnt, its been month,s and no clear action plan is presented by the center on how it is tackling the problem. The judges know politicians better than us, that's why they take cognizance of the matter where it is necessary. Please unsubscribe from republic bharat you will have much better and clearer understanding of things going on this country.

@@theace691my comment was on separation of power further, investigations are done only by investigation agencies not judges it may be monitored by judges in special cases where apprehension of misuse of political powers are there...because judges are not God and are not technical enough to take up function of other body.
My simple observation was there on checks and balances envisaged in our democratic constitution......judges calling principal secretary of state for their personal attendance in court is it justified....I am not concerned with the above case.....
I completely respect judiciary but constructive criticism is my fundamental right and no one is above law not even judges, politician or anyone...
