kya bakwas hai. judge has already made up his mind seeing only the face of the IO. Judge is not allowing IO to speak and not ready to listen to him also. Dont know who is correct but prima facia conduct of judge doesnt feel good. And Sorry to say but Judge Sahab apni tarif karwane aur sunne me interested hain. Feeling very bad fist time for such sincere judge.... I have seen many videos of him but pehli bar acha ni lag raha....

Hon.Justice was already aware of inaction by I.0. Due diligence was expected by hon.Justice saab but he got evasive and wrong answers. He was forthright in his observation as to abilities of that Police officer. Officer’s answers were illogical.
