Body cams in India are absolutely necessary, I hope this reform comes soon in India, so the accountability of police system can be ascertained. The police officers are known to abuse due process particularly with people from weaker, illiterate sections at the behest of gundas, mafias, businessmen and politicians.

What India needs is appointment of more judges. The case load is unbelivably huge and not enough justice, neither on time nor efficiently being delivered. Seeing such educated and well spoken judges like these give me hope and hopefully things for Indian Judiciary will previal.

Seriously, they murdered one person in Jail, and deleted CCTV footage and behaving like nothing happened. 😢😢😢😢😢😢
In our state, there was one political big head, who used police to kill people he doesn't like.. That old politician guy killed a young guy in lock-up due to some personal reasons... then there was this another political mass leader who was worshipped by people here. He got to know about this lockup death and started questioning about it every-where.. Even questioned him in assembly.. As a result this greater leader whom the people admire got killed very brutally while he was in hunger strike.. people waited for so long but justice didn't get served.. even after 35 years that's just an open shut case..
Fortunately that big headed politician died later due to heartattack, which is caused by betrayal of his family and party members..
Does this comes under Justice. I don't know.
But I still feel sad for the lost leader whose only fault was to question the lock-up death of some infamous young man.

Kind of but Center Government has allowed certain high courts to use Hindi. Ironically they denied the request by Southern States for local languages in their High court
You don't know the article 348(2).
Article 348(2) of the Constitution of India states that the Governor of a state can authorize the use of Hindi in High Court proceedings. The Governor must first receive the President's consent. The Governor can also authorize the use of any other language used for official purposes of the state.
In 1972 governor did this and high court proceedings are allowed only in hindi not only in mp but Rajasthan, up as well
Why is the judge speaking in Hindi in High court. If they can speak Hindi in Hindi states . Why can't Karnataka high court allow Kannada .
