Never argue when judge saheb isn't in good mood. From the very beginning the judgment was clearly written on the wall. Judges speak their minds through their judgments but they openly speak their minds even before lawyers open their arguments.
Yeh judge sahab badhe sanjida wa behtareen insan hai.
Kindly include cases relating to disciplinary action against employees in Gujarat High Court.
Lawyer was unnecessarily aggressive from the start. But clearly a life sentence should supercede all other sentences which should become concurrent with the life sentence.
