Yes, Dimash was younger for this performance. It is from Singer 2017. He was 22 at the time. This was his first Chinese song and he learned it in an insanely short amount of time (less than 2 weeks). To me.... all those beautiful high notes just make me hear her longing for home. Love this one so much.
People with so many different musical preferences are drawn to Dimash. It is his stage presence, his ability to take the viewer on a journey, the words, and of course, his voice. You were wondering about his age...he was 22 at the time and turned 25 just a few days ago. But until this day he often looks/seems older than his age when he's on stage, sometimes even like he's in his thirties (in his Love is like a Dream performance for example). Off stage he often still looks like he's in his late teens. Back when he was on The Singer he looked much younger than he was, except on stage. He's tall though, 6"3 I think.

We missed seeing Dimash or the subtitles a good part of the time. I think you need to shrink the the Performance so we can see it. Your picture should not take over. "Only afraid you lonely" is so direct & it catches you when you say it. One could laugh at the missing grammar in English but that one would do it only to avoid that catch & attempt to look cool or deride someone else. They would more likely look like a jerk because that line is so beautiful. Maybe if there's a failing in English, it's the need to put words in a specific order rather this.

Your choice of pause points are also VERY anti-climatic.
