      I do the 1.5mm every friday night. I do monoxidil friday morning. Friday night i shower then do my derma pen. I skip monoxidil that night… 2 questions.
      Should/can i use minoxidil the next morning? And the night i use my DR pen i put on cold pressed castor oil with rosemary. Is that ok?
      I use that oil bc i read castor oil is ok after microneedling. Should i keep using that?
      Also.. ive been taking pics and it looks like on my 5th week (once per week) im seeing growth.. but now im wondering if its actually causing hair loss?
      Is that possible? Like i see little hair growth, fluffy hair. But it also looks thinner on my hairline when im doing it. Is that to be expected at first?

However, this does not cure hair loss permanent but you can do this treatment every 2 weeks for the rest of your life. So im looking for a way to do this at home to save cost. Man thx for this video. I'm sadly late to the party and just found out about this dermaroling dermapen, minoxidil therapy topic. And in a research phase yet. I'm blond and had a hair transplant too on the top crown and front side and now my hair is going thinner and and the back side started to bald too. To the point where if there is a light source above me or in summer times i look completely bald since the light is shining through my hair. I had already an appointment for a next hair transplant but found out about this microneedling.
    Thank you for showing how to handle the DermaPen. I saw also an other vid (ruclips.net/video/_UA9ezl9o-w/видео.html) where the guy used circular movement. Is this also possible? Is somehow hard for me to imagine.
    Also awesome work buddy with the hairstyle and how you cover the thinned hair on top. Nobody could spot it. Only indicator was after you made your hair wet. :) I think i have to look into this hair fiber topic.

    I’m new to derma rolling and am starting tonight with a 1.5mm on a couple of thin patches on my front peaks areas & my thinning crown. I’m putting Vicks vapour rub on after for 15 mins. I’ve read lots of good things about the menthol & eucalyptus in the rub that is great for the head after needling.

Yes, it works but you need to combine it with Minoxidil or topical Dutasteride (what I am testing). • @OneDayIMay91Bil
    @OneDayIMay91Bil 3 года назад +3

    Mate let me help you get back to norwood 1 .
    1mg finasteride
    1mg oral minoxidil to make sure sulfatranferase takes place through first pass metabolism in the liver turning it into minoxidil sulphate which is the compound that stimulates hair growth.
    If you cannot get oral minoxidil get minoxidil compounded with 0.01% tretinoin and 0.03% latanoprost this will increase sulfatranferase activity in the scalp and help metabolize minoxidil if you were a non responder.
    Micro needle once a week at 1.5mm depth
    Take a topical anti androgen as well such as ketanconazol or RU58841
    NO finasteride is not an anti androgen it is a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor which prevents the reduction of testosterone to DHT .
    DHT is significantly more androgenic which causes miniaturization of the hair follices so finasteride helps with that , however the androgen receptors on the scalp can still get latched onto with testosterone and cause miniaturization hence you take a topical anti androgen as well.
    And finally take a PGE2 agonist like 1-2ml oral castor oil
    Or a PGD2 inhibitor to prevent folicular hypoxia.
    I have given you the key to curing baldness, now please delete your channel and go start reading at least 60 research papers regarding hair fall treatment and regeneration before you ever think of starting a channel where you give people advice on things you clearly know zilch about.
    This is my gift to you.

    • @Sobchak2
      @Sobchak2 Год назад +1

      *sulfotransferase* not sulfatranferase.
      And *ketoconazole* not ketanconazole.
      If you really want to school someone - assuming you really have to - at least get the name of the enzymes and the drugs right.
      Also, "sulfatranferase takes place through first pass metabolism" does not make any sense.
      It is the sulfation of minoxidil that can take place in the liver, sulfotransferases are just the enzymes that catalyze that reaction.
      If you really want to read 60 research papers, at least make sure you understand what they say.
