Two days ago, l did all the steps except defragmenting and optimizing because it takes alot of time to do this. My laptop performance improved slightly. Today, l was hellbent on doing this last step to the tee. It took over an hour to defragment and optimise and l am elated by the speed in performance. The laptop is unbelievably fast, l am in awe! For me, it's this single step that boosted performance beyond my imagination. Thank you so so so much. I was almost giving up on my laptop in favour of a new one and that could have set me back hundreds if not thousands of dollars. I can't thank you enough.

Although my PC is quite fast, I like to turn off all the Windows animations anyway, it just makes everything snappier. I don't want to wait 0.5s for an animation to complete itself!
Ok for those who have an old laptop or PC, *1. Get an SSD and replace your HDD (Hard Drive) with that...* *2. Upgrade your RAM (both speed of it (MHz) and space (GB))...* *3. Re-apply new thermal paste on your CPU and GPU (if it is possible for you) and generally clean the inside of your system...* These will affect your system's speed and performance A LOT!

Even though your tips are extremely useful, I'd advise doing them in a more efficient order so we, the viewers, can literally follow along instead of taking notes. For example, don't do defragmentation so early on in the video since it takes time.
tip: also on the view advanced system settings, go to performance and clcik settings, put smooth edges fonts, window contents while dragging then thats it (it improves major fps)

it's not really defragging an ssd tho, it's trimming it which is very different from defragging

No, it uses the USB as extra ram but it’s basically useless so you can remove if you want.
We have an old rx580 gaming machine on the living room, we use it for Mortal Kombat and other party games. This is super useful!

Yup..SSD is way more faster than HDD.. most of gamers used HDD just for storage and ssd for fast performance.
