Recently I got over covid but it left me with this spacey feeling in my head like I didn't feel like my normal self but I'm trusting in God and univers that I get my clearity back in my fore head and get back to my normal self thanks for this it's a start
But you can use more positive word like ''every thing I want is easily flowing to me " than I declare all my Blockages removed '' in other words better to make all our word positive for better and easy experience of our desires.
I did this meditation and I experienced things I've never experienced before, and when you said it was time to come back to my body, I had a huge smile across my face. My body feels light and energized, sort of tingling. I don't remember when or if I've felt this way before. Amazing! Thank you!

First time doing this and towards the middle of the video I started having pain on the back of my neck on the left side. It almost started pulsating but with pain it was odd but I told myself I was releasing negative energy or money blocks. Before the video ended i also had a bride email me she wants to book (I’m a wedding photographer) your channel has been amazing!
I find this meditation 100,% effective. Extreemely good for removing worries and to use gratitude which I daily do through journaling. But this is even better. It's amazing how this cord cutting opens the door for gratitude and faith and optimism. This is my best shortest meditation ever and beleive me I tried thousands of them. Yesterday I had a worry that was heavy on my heart. After this meditation the burden and negative feeling was almost gone! Amazing!!

This meditation is AWESOME!!!! I have used it 4 or 5 times now. Today I incorporated tapping while listening as to follow along. The first two times I used this meditation it was so so so powerful that I had gotten very yucky vertigo that kept me in bed all day. Sooooo much was purged letting go!! Since then I haven’t let the thought that it would occur again stop me from listening. I know miracles are possible!!
When I did it the second time ...I manifested real fast..❣️..also felt really good..calm...n was blissful the whole dayyy🙏 All of your meditations are so Powerful ❤️

I did this last night after feeling super anxious about a specific person and situation and afterwards I felt so light, I literally felt the burden of the situation leaving my chest and mind, I woke up with such confident expectations. I had two predictions around my specific person and situation, one has manifested, the other one I am literally witnessing right now unfolding…I’m confident that it will come true. The one thing I will say about MKs videos, meditations, chakra cleansing and manifestations is that they come with such a surreal feeling of calm, balance and positivity. They make it easy for my manifestations to come true. I’m truly grateful for this channel and MK
I do not comment on stuff like this however this meditation helped me in an extremely difficult time in my life. It put me in vibrational alignment with my desires. As a Leo, along with the lions gate portal meditation, this is exactly what I needed to help manifest my desires and clear blocks in my life that no longer serve me. It seems i can't move my body while listening to this on my earphones and full volume. I am conscious that something is kinda itchy on my side and i need to scratch it but can't seem to move my hands .. i guess i was in a very "indulged" stage at the time .. i felt a kind of "energy" flowing in my body through out the process.. but i was asked to slowly move my fingers, it's as if i need to put effort to do it ..and after the sound of the "bell" (nor sure if it's a bell) it just feels so much lighter.. I'm definitely going to do this everytime i feel worry in my heart..i will definitely do this frequently because i feel it clears me of my worries... it's like it's clearing my aura of negativities Thank you Mary kate❤️

I have adhd, meditation is usually hard for me because my mind wanders a lot and focusing is difficult. I managed to focus on this (although my breathing techniques aren’t the best) I did the best I could and I just felt a sense of relief. I also got what I believe was spiritual downloads. I feel slightly tired and relaxed now. Whereas before I was quite anxious. I’m excited to see what this brings
Omg I just recently started following you and have listed to your gratitude meditation almost every morning for the last 2-3 weeks(not diligent on that stuff a lot on weekends lol). So today, memorial day, I'm off work and I've been chilling at home, alone.... it's only 1pm right now. I've gone through hell and back in triplicate one the last 3 years and I've finally been getting to an actual good place within over the last 3 or 4 months. I've got a little ways to go, but I'm deeply proud of my success at it so far, considering last fall I just wanted to end it all. Manifestation videos and practicing, meditation, eft tapping, and of course traditional therapy and meds have helped me do a 180. Anyway, this morning I was catching up on some shows. I dint by in to what some LOA people say about TV and movie killing your vibration and making to sink. Media and music help me a lot, although music I do take that opinion more to hear, just on my own, before Id hear loa say it. It's always listen to depressing songs when I was depressed....cuz like, I could take, right? Well at this point, it makes it worse. When my life took a nose dive 3yrs ago I couldn't even listen to music hardly at all... any mush, and that's ALWAYS been my escape and medicine. I could barely watch anything either. Hell, when it re-sank last summer I couldn't listen to music and the only thing I could watch was a few old sitcoms that I'd already seen every episode of 100 times on one of those oldies TV channels, cuz to much anxiety to e something unknown or really part attention to. But I started watching more and more things again and I started taking back some songs but I still really only listen to positive songs, as I've made a self concept Playlist and I listen to the same list of songs every day at work and on the bus for commute I listen to meditations usually. ANYWAY, I waswatching a show just now and I stated getting really emotional in an emotional scene, and not the type of emotional scene I would normally get emotional at lol I checked in with my actual thoughts and I thought maybe I was releasing some stuff within.... like finally assume stagnant crap that's still been there through all my self work over the last 4+ months. Then I took my trash out, which is a long walk at my apt complex.... feels like a football field away, and thoughts ran. I started crying again, but with some laughs in there. So back to legit thinking I'm releasing dumb stuff finally. I came back in and I went to the meditations on yours I saved the other day and haven't let myself get to yet, with the long weekend and other distractions lol I picked this quickie. As soon s you said about the cord coming out and attaching to what you want to let go of....I lost it again, in a good way. It attached to several things, and it took an extra couple minutes for me to "cut", but I finally did. I know I'll need to do this several times, what with the several things and time want built in a day, considering much of this is crap I've been fighting almost my entire life. But omg THANK YOU!! for this one. I've had this reaction to other meditations before, but still, not quite like this. This was very needed. I love your meditations!! 💖💖

Thank you for this meditation It went incredibly well on my first attempt I declare all my blockages to my SP coming into my life gone and I thank Goddess Hecate for being the guiding light to bring me and him together
While doing this I saw Archangel Gabriel come and sit down with me. He hugged me and I felt so loved in his presence. He cleared out my aura and surrounded me with a golden light and reassured me that everything is coming to me. It was beautiful.

Mary Kate I want to start by saying a big thank you for all that you are teaching and guiding us with on our manifestation journeys. I am trying to clear my blocks and finding it difficult because I have aphantasia so I am unable to visualise things like cutting the cord and the bright lights. Do you have any other ideas that I could utilise instead of this? I hope you are able to help because I am sure I am not the only one with this problem. Thank you .

While doing this I saw Archangel Gabriel come and sit down with me. He hugged me and I felt so loved in his presence. He cleared out my aura and surrounded me with a golden light and reassured me that everything is coming to me. It was beautiful.
Did it come to you? I'm sure it did but I just thought I'd ask how did you form a relationship with the archangel Gabriel though?

Mary Kate I want to start by saying a big thank you for all that you are teaching and guiding us with on our manifestation journeys. I am trying to clear my blocks and finding it difficult because I have aphantasia so I am unable to visualise things like cutting the cord and the bright lights. Do you have any other ideas that I could utilise instead of this?

Instead of visualizing, are you able to record and “hear” the sounds of things? Like the snip of scissors ✂️ cutting the cord?
