This is my testimonial and reminder that things will get better. I just lose 10k USD in a span of 3 days, doing things I should not be doing, chasing cheap dopamine hits. I am broken inside, I am ashamed of myself. I keep returning to this dark place even though there is so much in life to be grateful for. Im not only hurting myself but those around me. This is it. I have nowhere to go, I need to face my fears and focus on building a money making skill. I will listen to this audio every day from now on. This is one of the best. I have been listening to it every day. When I start to feel the resistance I tell myself "it is normal to feel these emotions but it's time to put them aside and relax and Trust that God will provide". It worked for me. I was really short on rent because business has been slow and all my money seems to go to groceries to feed my family. The last 24 hours before rent was due I made the $1200 needed. Also consider upgrading the word “non-resistance” to “flow”

and
Saying what’s NOT there VS what is
Flow makes people think they need to do something in order to get into flow. Non-resistance helps them understand that the key is to actually not do the things that you’re doing that create resistance, which is a much easier pathway to integration.

desire + flow
feels more integrated than desire + non-resistance
but I’ll keep exploring both words and see what works better

Just adding my two cents 😊. Non resistance has been the key for what has been holding me back. I was always trying to control the outcome. I needed to learn to let go of things I had no control of. By letting go of the resistance, I’ve experienced many more synchronicities, flow and a more peaceful experience. Non resistance is a game changer for those of us stuck in trying to control the outcome ❤

-Intending to control outcome I describe as "transactional." It's doing to to get something back.
-Non-resistence suggests to me an "Undoing." Noticing resistance, letting go, and doing less.
-"Flow" is a state of being. Doing to do. Intrinsically satisfying
I'm a screenwriter & coach so I think about these words a lot. The text is secondary to the subtext.
The key is creating the existence we each prefer by using whatever dang words work for your personal journey 🙂
