我地小size 的氣炸窩,焗蛋糕要拿走個炸籃,蛋糕模低一點,焗的時候就無容以因蛋糕彭脹而頂到「蚊香」

花生油氣味太濃烈,會影響蛋糕味道;最好用粟米油、芥花籽、葡萄籽等淡味油😊

應該係高溫加有風吹,氣炸鍋又比較乾所以一出爐個面就爆爆地😅;但待放涼後,面會濕潤返同有少少縮,就會靚仔返😁;我研究可能用低少少溫度焗,會否有改善,遲些出個改良版😊
