    Great video thanks for making.
    Few pointers - the pin on the bottom of the rear main bottom cap is used for rope seals. Yours has been done before with a rubber seal hence its been punched out. For those installing a rubber with metal core seal make sure you remove the pin otherwise you'll kink the bottom seal.
    Getting the top seal out (if you have a rope seal you can use a tool called sneaky pete). If you struggle to get either a rope seal or rubber seal out you can take the spark plugs out (to release compression) and turn the crank while you tap it out (assuming you have 2 people and the space).
    Also a good tip to use a brass punch in the event you slip and accidentally tap the block or cap.
    Also use an anaerobic sealant on the bottom cap and don't put sealant on the seal itself.

    That seems to be way to low of torque on the main cap bolts, should be 60-70 ft lbs.
