But now I’m just concerned about the Abs and Inversion exercises while I am still yet to get pregnant. Could you please advise when to stop doing inversions, crunches and abs exercises?? Also is it safe to perform Pigeon Pose, Lizard Pose, Seated Forward Bend before n during pregnancy??
There aren't really any specific poses to avoid during first trimester.. but it's not recommended to jump from posture to posture or practice in a heated room. I'll post a video ALL about first trimester soon! xo
I'm only 5 weeks pregnant & this is baby number 2. I wasn't very active before my first pregnancy but I have been very consistent the last 3 years. I just want to make sure I don't do anything to hurt the baby. Two days after running my marathon last week I found out the good news. ❤

Listen to your body and follow your intuition + doctor's guidance. You've got this!

Hi there! Early in the first trimester you can do most poses as long as they still feel good in your body. If you're tired, rest. When you feel like moving, move. Most pregnancy modifications are for later on. I hope this helps!

Please don't fret! This early in your pregnancy it's not unsafe to practice Plow (or really ANY pose) as the baby is safely protected by your pelvis. As long as you feel comfortable and have the energy, keep doing your usual yoga practice!
My sister did not want pregancy she did not get pregnancy bt she thinks she was pregnant, she didnt want kids now so if she will do this she vll avoid her pregnancy vth these exercises plz tell me
This was super helpful!! As my belly gets bigger I have been finding it harder to stay with the class. But I will try these modifications next time.
