5 months preggy but I can't breathe well in my left side. Just only comfortable at right side at all. If I sleep left side I feel all my intestines are struggling and painful so now I Choose to sleep right side because that makes me comfortable 😊
I wish I had seen this video sooner! I have scoliosis so side sleeping is extremely painful for me, but I’ve just been bearing it anyway. I’m excited to try this last position. ☺️ Thank you for you tips!
@@MotionMaiden enjoy ur sleep this was me but now two weeks mom n my baby so fine I hate sleep on left even after birth unless I hold my tummy with pillow so that I don't feel them pour haha
I can’t sleep on the left side ! I have acid and arrhythmia , trying to do right side but sometimes wake up on my back . I’m 38 weeks already and honestly think that everybody is very individual and even back sleep can be fine sometimes
Thank you for this! ❤ I just laid in this last position because side sleeping hurts me a lot- it felt comfortable, hopefully I can sleep like this tonight 🙏🏻
First time mommy here and it’s kinda hard for me to sleep on the left side, the right said I can do without hurting but the left is hard but I been down it but can I sleep sitting up propped up with pillows? PLEASE HELP 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I love back sleeping so it was super hard for me to stay off of my back in the night but I did notice that it made me super dizzy! Thanks for sharing, yes so true if we listen to our bodies carefully we will know exactly what it needs and what to avoid.
@@DanceePinkston Yes! I am 32 weeks along with my 4th so def feel the discomfort now, but can’t wait to lay comfortably on my back in the hospital as soon as I deliver 😂
No, not comfortable on the left side. Feels like my belly is gonna get squeezed! How is this a good position? Tried everything, and it's not comfortable - hate those tips because none of them work for me.
What if I want to get my lashes done? I usually lay on my back but I know I can’t. Is it safe to twist my body so I’m laying on the side but keep my head straight forward on a pillow?
I'm expecting twins. "B" is in transverse position. The belly on the mattress is very uncomfortable because it presses on the baby's head. That's why I sleep half on my back and half on my left side.
Sleeping on my left side always makes me wake up with aching and unbearable pain, it makes my ligament pain so much worse for my right side how ever when I lay of the right side after laying in my left the pain starts to slowly but surely leave my body and I can then enjoy my sleep. I’m not a professional but to all my other pregnant ladies, just experiment. Figure out what is best for your body and your baby❤️
The one advantage of not really developing a cute bumb so far (at 6th month) is that I can still lie on my belly, the only acceptable position for my buttbone. Just have to arrange the pillows to support the melons I got (so confusing and awkward, expected way more excitement about those)
Ive heard some mixed things when it comes to sleeping on the side. I had a friend who had a mini stroke while pregnant. The doctors told her it was because she slept on her left too much. Even though with her first pregnancy she did not have any problems
Any sleep is good sleep in pregnancy, being told to restrict to certain positions is just so unnecessary and fear mongering, especially for paranoid first time mothers.. Sleep how you’re comfortable and able to get a good night sleep…. Even if it’s flat out on your big stomach
This! Spoke to a physiotherapist that specializes in pregnancy about sleeping positions because I read all about how sleeping on your left side was best and how dangerous everything else could be... Except I have an injury to my left hip and laying on my left side for an extended period of time makes things worse for me. She basically told me not to worry about it. If you actually are cutting off circulation to any parts of your body when you are sleeping, whether you are pregnant or not, you will wake up.
Why can’t it just be good enough advice? Why does it have to be fear mongering? I am more than happy to try and take this ladies advice to try these sleeping positions. If it helps baby, stay head down, great! Let’s be adults instead of being panicky like children.
Hi there, I find it uncomfortable to sleep on my left side but found out on my 32 week check up that baby is sunny side up. Do you perhaps have exercises to help turn baby? Thank you.
I can't imagine how to sleep all the time in the last position. My boobs are bigger than usual, and it's just impossible to lie that way. For me, the only position that's much better than others is half-sitting with a lot of pillows 🤷
My wife is 32 weeks pregnant, sometimes when she sleeps, when she wakes up, bruises appear on the upper part of her stomach, and after a few days it gets better. Do you know what the problem is?

sleeping left side may affect your heart, my religion taught me it is better to sleep at right side.. it is okay if you feel better that right side :)
Same!! Except mine feels like I'm being stabbed between my shoulder blades
Same here😮
Why did this instantly take away my discomfort? Thank you so much, I'm going to sleep so much better now ❤
It’s saves your hips!

Left is better for acid reflux right is the worst possible

My dear, when you lay on your back, the belly does not press on the vagus nerve, but on the vena cava.
Any advice for using that last position while struggling with congested sinuses during sleep?
I hate sleeping on my left but it’s the only thing good for baby 😢
Same!!!
What about in the case of twins. When you carry the babies on both sides
Really helpful for young married couples. Thank you
Thank you for helping.
The left side of sleeping is very good and comfortable.
I love your videos alot. ❤❤❤
I find that when I’m on my back it’s very uncomfortable anyway. It’s almost natural to avoid this position.

Random question - do you know the paint colour and brand you used for your back wall? It's beautiful 😍
Thank you! Green smoke glidden!
Yupp my belly pointed up is the only way im comfy so thats how i sleep 😅
Thank you so much
I am close to 9 months and I could never sleep with pillows between my legs, my hip gets tired
Hi there can you tell me how your experience was with working with Benjamin
Did you know that some woman can't afford pillows and a bed.
what should they do when they sleep on a mat and without a pillow?
Maybe roll up some fabric stuff? an extra blanket, coat, sweater rolled up as an pillow alternative.
Is that not too much pressure an Baby?
Thank soo mench

Horrible advice... I thought I was comfortable doing that and I woke up with some much pain in my stpmache

Nah.. I welcome the tips. If it harms the baby or makes my back hurt more in the future, I’d want to know.
I feel like this didn’t help me at all 😅
I sleep on any side i want that i feel comfortable so i dont want to hear this
God bless all mothers
Pls suggest for transverse lie positioned baby too..
I don't think I can sleep in that last position during third trimester.
❤️❤️❤️

Yes 🥰 I did the 3 spinning babies techniques for my sunny side up baby. But everyone is loving the new comfortable mile circuit demonstration.
