I wholeheartedly thought I was having a boy because of all these silly old wives tales! No morning sickness.. No mood swings.. craved savoury foods and had amazing skin and hair throughout pregnancy.. I had a girl! 🎀🥰

Interesting. I was watching this video when I was 9th week, and it appeared it was a boy according to these myths. Now I'm 23ed week and I have confirmed it's a girl ☺️

It appeared I was having a girl according to these myths but last week on my 25week I found out am having a boy, my first baby. My cravings still remain sweet things
@@jessicanyirinkwaya7360 Sex is determined at conception by the combination of X and Y sex chromosomes a baby receives from the egg and the sperm and the genitalia start developing around 7 weeks and that’s when the Y chromosome signals for testosterone production 9 weeks would 1 not be too early and 2 they’re old wives tales that don’t have any set rules to them because they aren’t scientific facts in the first place

I’m having a girl and the only thing that was true is my male puppy seems to have an aversion to me especially when I’m holding my belly, etc. I figured he just favors my husband more right now because he has more energy to play at the moment

Lol I have all the girl symptoms and yet I’m having boy, which I am ABSOLUTELY happy about since I have a daughter already. I personally think none of the old wives tail are true. I used the Chinese calendar and it was accurate for both my pregnancy. Just in case anyone is curious 🤗

All the symptoms i have suggests that I'm having a boy but i was surprised when a baby girl was detected in the anomaly scan
I'm having a girl! For me these were really hit and miss.
Zero morning sickness, high heartbeat (163), no bad mood swings, sweet tooth and savory cravings, no super dark areolas, carrying weight all over but round ball belly, left breast larger, glowing/blooming, not faster leg hair growth, partner not gaining weight with me, prefer sleeping on right side, affinity to girly stuff, hands really dry

I am having a really hard pregnancy with the whole day sickness aspect and nothing staying down but praying through it and trying my best to over come...so far the baby is just fine!! God thank you for covering us and all expectant mommies.

I’m 16 weeks at the moment. I have read the old wives tale gender predictions online too. All falls to a baby girl, I ended up wanting and expecting a baby girl. After visiting my OB she suggested a prenatal blood test where they can give you a gender for 14 weeks pregnancy. And they gave me a baby boy gender. But overall I am happy of my healthy pregnancy and my baby is happy and safe.

I had severe nausea during my first pregnancy, couldn’t eat properly, was very sick until I was 5 months, and I mostly crave sweets (even though I hate sweets), ended up having a boy.
Now I’m 3 months pregnant, with no nausea, not much sickness, cravings are spicy and sour, hate consuming any sweets. Allah knows what I’m having now.

Hi it’s not the case that if your baby’s heartbeat is over 140 it will be a girl..my friend had a baby boy and his heartbeat was always above 140

I have 2 boys and I'm pregnant with a girl now. With my boys there were some similarities and some differences but everything is different with this pregnancy.
I didn't do any of the myths like the baking soda test with my boys but I did with this pregnancy, and all signs pointed to girl before my gender reveal confirmed it. You name it I tested it.
