    I love this video!
    We don’t really think about taking a brief walk to generate energy, but I am going to put this into practice.
    Your Lilies and leaches concept is food for thought :-).

    The best thing i did in my life was to undergo deep psychotherapy to render my past traumas harmless. Before therapy i was always tired but after therapy i have boundless energy. I believe past traumas and stress in general make us fatigued easily.

    That must be a joke, Harvard doctors that's all they have to say about getting more energy..going for a walk and surrounding yourself with good people.. Man we all know that.. Nobody needs to be a Harvard doctor to know that.. What do they learn there.. I love harvard medical school website but this is really... Its too light from a doctor.. Come come guys
