I'm sorry but the camera person is awful. They are more focused on showing you instead of the house. Heels trampling on the wood floor is distracting. Especially when you went down the stairs. House is beautiful from what bits and pieces we saw of it. You did a great job showing the house. You just need soft shoes and the camera person needs to show more of the house instead of just you with the house in the background. You got this! 😉 No shade
This home is BEAUTIFUL! And, this home has a pool!, sub zero, marble, etc. Your presentation is so elegant! I can see me waking up every morning taking beautiful bubble baths, meditating outside, swimming, etc! Yes, that is living! ❤

Your outfit is beautiful, but the heels are a little distracting on the wood floors. Also, for high-end homes, it's always interesting to me when I'm learning the technical terms for materials used. I guess it helps me to dream with knowledge (smile). Example: Instead of saying "really nice", maybe tell why it's really nice. Also, maybe add a little music, for b-roll moments, like when you were playing pool. At any rate, I'm not trying to put you down, but I hope the tips help you to become even better.

Nice showing. The home is beautiful as a condo in my opinion. The fixtures and materials are very nice. Not crazy about the 1/2 bath being so close to the kitchen and dining, would prefer if it was located where the laundry room is (out of sight out of mind) 👍🏼
Beautiful home even as a professional, I would have taken my shoes off because the echo of her heels is a huge distraction. The home is so huge there’s an echo. It would’ve sounded calmer and smoother. had she just said I’m gonna get calm and I’m going to release my shoes. Again the shoes being loud, to me, was a distraction. Home is gorgeous!

This lady's presentation of the house is better than the house itself. This house design sucks. The architect must have thrown the plans for this home together in less than 5 minutes. But im sure someone will pay over $1,000,000 to have the dining room be the main entrance of their house.

My only complaint is the camera person but they did a decent job. Personally, I have zero problems with her wearing heels. People act like the house is theirs lol. I’d imagine that if a woman lived there she’d eventually wear heels in the house. If you can’t pay attention to what’s actually being shown instead of heels, that’s a personal issue.

The realtor showing the home was lovely! The layout of the house not so much! The dining area is far too close to the foyer! I don’t understand why the dog cleaning area is so close to the primary bedroom and the primary bedroom not grand at all! I clearly understand why the house is being offered at a lower cost than what it’s appraised for! TFS 😊

Most of the details that she mentioned, she did not show. The "extra prep area?" Butler's pantry, perhaps? The " mudroom" is barely an entry. I could go on and on, but I digress. This is probably her first showing, or she thinks that we, viewers, wouldn't know a difference. And, I dislike the house.

I watch a lot of house tour videos, mostly Los Angeles area. I wanted to see what the Atlanta area has to offer. The house design is not good with the diningroom and kitchen being right in your face as you walk in the front door. The videographer needs more work. The lovely lady presenting the property needs more work in her presentation as well. Why are we opening drawers and doors that we have no idea what will happen? Why was that not reshot or edited out? The lights should already be on in each room. First impression of the house is horrible with the dead lawn patches and leaves all over the place. No walkaround of the backyard/pool? Could it be because the pool was dirty? Those faux pas made the video look extra amateurish. Never wear heels on hardwood floors. And learn the proper names of the things you are showing. Watch other videos to see how it's done. You seem nice and I want you to succeed. They no longer call the back kitchen , it a scullery. The appliances are wrapped or paneled. Just a few tips to consider

I really would not call that a foyer when you immediately walk into the dining room and kitchen. Also, WHY cut corners with quartz, it is manmade product. I would expect granite at the very least. These builders are cutting too many corners and expect top dollar.
I do wish they showed more of the house and less of the presenter. She's pointing at stuff and they're barely showing it. For example, the exposed beams, we barely see them and certainly not fully.

No one is being hard on her. Just offering constructive criticism.
