It’s the rainbow worrier! You’re out here smoking it, don’t slow down just learn to get them hits. Honestly, your entries and exits look phenomenal, you look fast. My guess is most your time is lost in make up shots and accuracy. How long you been shooting?

accuracy is where a lot of it was with all the mikes/noshoots. 2018 is when I started. I was like this for years I'm just working to round edges now it's all really incremental progress and I'm not willing to put in the many hours (and bullets) necessary. Life is way too busy. My first time in a year with the sp01 for this match was the night before in the hotel.

@@MarcelEnglmaier_1 Switching guns the night before co nats is crazy. Putting in the work with dry fire and live fire to get those corners rounded off while busy is where I’m at now. I’ve been shooting IDPA for two years but this winter I’m transitioning to USPSA. All the co nats videos finally cemented the desire to get to the next level. Anyway great video, it was more entertaining than most match videos.

@@swiftaudi yea switching guns is kinda dumb buuuuut it also concreted in that I can shoot stages good I just suck at pulling triggers. Also I wasn't there to shoot good, I was there to primarily staff(setup&stats guy).
doing USPSA as a primary thing will show you a lot of things in your shooting that you can speed up. IDPA is so accuracy focused the rest kind of goes by the wayside but willingly shooting for raw speed and raw speed only for a few months you learn real quick where and why you suck. And a lot of that is movement and stage aggression right up front.

@@MarcelEnglmaier_1 I agree I’ve been shooting my local clubs USPSA match (with my IDPA rig) for almost a year and I’m at the point now where I feel like I’m slowing myself down to shoot zeros in IDPA. Ultimately I felt like USPSA was helping me progress and the competition pool in USPSA is higher. So I got a belt setup for USPSA this week and I plan to practice with it over the winter and do some higher tier USPSA matches next year.

I think there quite a few who showed up wishing the local matches weren’t so easy. Good catch on the fall.
