Looks like a solid weekend tent. Not extreme weather. Get the rain fly and i use Seam Seal. It works amazing, i have used it on my jeep soft top in upstate new york and it works. Have a great day. Big cast iron fan and have many from the 1800s. Great channel
Nice tent...nice size for a small family...yes, get the upgrades...How good are the zippers, as they are usually undersized and first to break? When I was young, the family tent was a canvas umbrella tent. You could stand up in them and they had a large flap that could be set up as an awning.
