Did you know the white tag on the outside of the bag (on the bottom) comes off to give you more bag space? I recently learned it myself, may help you fit the whole thing inside.
I camp a lot. I actually have this very six person tent for myself. Solo camping with a cot, side table and all of my gear. It’s very comfortable. I’m 5 foot 11 and I can stand up in it. At my age I can’t sleep on the ground anymore, and I find that I am able to put this tent up by myself even though I am disabled.
I very much appreciate you taking the time for this review. And especially the packing away part. I've looked at literally dozens of tent videos (mostly about Coleman tents) and you are the first person I've found that shows how to take the tent down and pack it away. We all know that "60 seconds to set up" part is hype.. but they ARE easy to put up. But I struggled the first time when it came time to take it down and get it back in the bag. Good job!!
Thank you for demonstrating how to set up and break down the tent... and the additional information on the quality of the tent. You are very helpful, thank you.
Thank you!!!!! I have a huge mess of a tent shoved in my shed because I did not learn your way...open all the windows first. I will go get it and finally store it back in the bag. You are a life saver. ❤
12/25/24 OUTSTANDING video!!!! Thanks to you I am going to buy this tent. I love the DETAILS of your demonstration and motivational video. Great job! Thank you You are a NATURAL in front of the camera by the way :)
Yes. Cut that white strip to make the bag bigger. I can’t even tell you how long I wrestled this not knowing I’d never get it back in without cutting that white strip of fabric. Also, as 1 middle aged lady with a bad back and 1 out of shape old guy we were able to put this up no problem! And once I cut that fabric strip on the bag I (the middle aged bad back lady) was able to get it down and rolled up and back in the bag all by myself with no problem! If you tent camp this tent is a game changer!
I have one of these it’s great. So easy to set up and not as hard as some tents to put away. I wrap bungees around it to get it back in the bag.. I left it out in some torrential rain for a few days to test and no rain got in.
Watched a review or 2 on this tent.. your was by far the best. I just ordered this from Amazon for like 200 bucks. Appreciate the review dude subscribed
I'm convinced that 6 people may actually sleep in it ,and still get fresh air. 4 mesh windows, high ceiling , and another vent for air flow. well designed. That was a wonderful review. I'm not a camper, just have a 2 person pop up beach tent, and I can hardly get inside by myself.
Hello , I enjoyed your easy to follow demonstration of this tent . You also help me to make a what was a hard tent buying decision easier for me . Thank you 😊.
As an older Female with two dogs and the love for the outdoors I think I’m going to be changing tents to this one it seems so much easier than what I’m doing now probably a little smaller but that’s OK I think it’ll sure meet our needs
As a middle aged lady with a bad back and an out of shape hubby I can tell you you will love the simplicity of this tent. An absolute tent camping game changer. I can put it up and take it down and fit it back in the bag all by myself if necessary.
my wife and I prefer using a queen size air mattress, wondering how well one would fit in this tent. We currently use a huge Coleman tent that's not an instant cabin and looking for a smaller but easier one to setup. This one looks like it could be a good choice. Thank you so much for posting.
With a queen air mattress as far back but in the middle of the tent, would there still be room in on the sides to comfortably stand up all the way (I’m 5’3) and get dressed?
Thanks for this review. I have a large (diesel) and a camper trailer. Storage of the trailer and cost of fuel and of course the truck itself has made me reevaluate my needs. I getting a smaller truck and selling the trailer. I think this tent would be perfect for me and my dog. And Ill have money to put back in the bank.. lol
It's funny you say that. I joined a group of outlanders in Facebook and you see them selling their rigs all the time. It is cheaper to use a tent for sure
Hmm, I don't camp during the summer months, but I could research some and see what I can find. What is your budget on a fan? I ask because I have seen some that are well over 1k, some not so much.
This was an excellent, easy to follow demonstration of this tent! I am wondering though if you have thought of putting the rain fly on before fully extending the legs up? Would that work? : )
I had this tent and loved it. Sadly, it was destroyed in a tent fire but I will definitely purchase again. One thing I did not care for is the way the windows open with the flaps hanging down, I'd prefer a side open with something to clip it out of the way. But other than that, this was a great tent.
Good video. Looks like a good tent. Im trying to decide on it. How many days in a row do you keep the tent up for per camping trip? (Do you take it down every day then put it back up in evening?) Any tearing in fabric over time? Do you have any issues with water leakage? Does it keep the sun out good?
Do you have a video showing installation of the rain fly? I've seen some solo campers (smaller in size, like me) put it on while it's still only halfway up, prior to extending the legs. Any link to info on this? Thank you! Great video!
I bought the seperate rain fly because 3 days of rain was enough to show me there were issues near the top of the tent without one. Also, the walls slope out so rain comes in when going in/out the door. I got a small tarp and a couple of extending tent poles and set it up like an awning to cover the door area. Kept the rain and mud out.
There is no mesh on the top to look up and see the sky? Maybe the newer version has this, because it looks like it does in the pictures but I do not see it in your video.
Sorry another question. Did you seal the seams? Did you seal inside or outside (both on the tent and the rainfly). I am new to this and looking online I'm seeing conflicting info - some say inside the tent and outside on the rainfly, some say all outside. Can you ask? Again, great video!
You could use the stakes, but I lost mine, no idea where I put them. So far it stays stable enough during windy stays when I go island camping in Shell Key, Anclote key, Spoil Island in the east and west coast of Florida. Mind you, when it gets to 40+ miles per hour winds, it does get shaky.
Yes, I took it camping on a spoil island on the Indian River, and it stormed hard. The only water that came in was from the window. I did not close them fully to let some airflow, but some droplets passed through a little.
If you keep all the windows closed during a storm, no, it won't leak. I left the tent semi-open at Big Scrub campground while taking off on my atv. During the ride it started to storm a lot, like really heavy. Once the rain stopped, I headed back to the campground only to find the tent wet. I had left the windows fully closed, it would have still be dry.
Did you know the white tag on the outside of the bag (on the bottom) comes off to give you more bag space? I recently learned it myself, may help you fit the whole thing inside.
Gasp!! I did not, thank you very much! I need to pin this comment so others can see it.
I discovered this by mistake as well and it's a game changer as far as getting the tent back in the bag!!

Thank you! I use my 2 person pop up mostly but this one is nice to use when I go forest camping on state parks.
Thanks for your review. I have to say that others have set this tent up differently which made it easier
Fo course, and thank you for watching.

Sweet tent this is.
Excellent vid! Was concerned about how to take it down...much appreciated Erick!
Glad this video helped 😊

You'll want to place the bed as far back as possible so you can have some space to open and close the door. Other than that you'll be ok.

Rain fly? It doesn't come with one. You just close the windows and that's pretty much it.

Great succinct review! Thanks brother.
A pleasure my dude, thanks for watching.
Good video. Looks like a good tent. Im trying to decide on it.
How many days in a row do you keep the tent up for per camping trip? (Do you take it down every day then put it back up in evening?)
Any tearing in fabric over time?
Do you have any issues with water leakage?
Does it keep the sun out good?
On direct sunlight, you'll feel the heat. No leakage as long as you keep all windows closed. I mostly camp just one night. No tears as of yet.
Do you have a video showing installation of the rain fly? I've seen some solo campers (smaller in size, like me) put it on while it's still only halfway up, prior to extending the legs. Any link to info on this? Thank you! Great video!
It doesn't come with a rai fly because it is rain proof already.
I bought the seperate rain fly because 3 days of rain was enough to show me there were issues near the top of the tent without one. Also, the walls slope out so rain comes in when going in/out the door. I got a small tarp and a couple of extending tent poles and set it up like an awning to cover the door area. It has small openings for air but no mesh roof.

The seams are outside in this model
hi thank you for showing us how to assemble can you tell me from where you purchased and how much ?cost
I got it from Amazon. amzn.to/3mRHL3R
It currently retails for 200, but other models may be cheaper. The 4-person one goes for 100 now "Discount" amzn.to/42oASr5
Great video! Have you ever ran a buddy heater inside?
Can't say that I have
Great video!!
😁😁
Great video. I've been seeing reviews showing this thing has rain intrusion issues, have you found any issues with that?
In heavy rain, yes, you get a few droplets here and then, but not like flooding or anything.
@@ErickMartinSucre Thanks!
Anytime
Would this fit a bassinet and a king air mattress?
Also did it come with a rainfly? So I have to waterproof it myself??
The rainfly isn't needed since it handles rains as it is. It'll fit a king-size bed but there won't be much space afterwards.
You may want the 10 person model then
A good rule of thumb is that if a tent says it fits x many people go ahead and take off .5 “people” per person.
Haha, yeah. I'll say that 3 people can be in this tent comfortably.
Thanks for doing this!!!
Anytime
Merhaba aynı çadırdan elimde mevcut ama kurulumdan sonra en üste örtülmesi gereken tente yok nasıl temin edebilirim teşekkür ederim
Bir kapak ile gelmiyor. Yağmur geçirmezdir.
Great video how tall are you just wondering about the height ?
I'm 5'11
Wait,.I'm past 40 now, minus 1 inch, lol
Mira loco because of you I bought a Saturn boat. I can't wait to put it in the water. ( loco es de cariño ) no H.
Hahaha! Tranquilo loco, it's all good! lol
Muy buena explicación

I appreciate it, and thank you for watching.
Would be more sturdy if it had 4 long bars that clip in at the bottom to keep it more stable

How does it do in the rain?
As long as you close all windows, it does just fine.
Does this tent not come with a rain fly
It does not since it covers you from rai quite well.
do you still recommend this tent? I heard it leaks alot hmm
Under heavy rain, if I do not close the windows, some water does come in. I still use it often.
Thank you
😁😁😁
Do you know how the tent does in rain
Yes, I took it camping on a spoil island on the Indian River, and it stormed hard. The only water that came in was from the window. I did not close them fully to let some airflow, but some droplets passed through a little.
