    Join me for this 10 min STANDING FULL BODY WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your entire body.
    Get strong lean sculpted muscles using a set of dumbbells in your own living room! No gym required. This workout will tone your entire body in just 10 minutes. It is carefully crafted to give you a challenging yet achievable routine that requires minimal equipment and can be performed anywhere.
    All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I'm using 2*3 kg dumbbells in this workout, but you can easily modify the weight to suit your fitness level.
    This strength workout will engage all the major muscle groups in your body, resulting in a shredded and toned physique.
