Paul is excited to visit Paris for the first time, and sees the classic croissant and baguette baked in the city that invented them. He also turns the classic éclair into a 'Choux Eiffel Tower' to create a stunning special occasion bake.

At London's historic Cliveden House Hotel, Paul recreates his idea of heavenly baked perfection: the classic afternoon tea. Paul's scones are light, his sandwiches are cut just so, and his beautiful cakes are no bigger than three bites each.

Braving sub-zero temperatures, Paul is in St Petersburg, sampling layered honey cake, and vatrushka, a delicate curd tart. Yet it's the Russian pies, with intricate pastry patterns covering sweet and savoury fillings, that steal his heart.

Paul Hollywood is in Naples, Italy, where pizza originated; he discovers the Neapolitan rum baba, a light yeasted bun in rum syrup; a multi-layered sfogliatelle filled with fruit and cream; he bakes a classic dark chocolate Caprese Cake.

In Copenhagen, Paul meets Mette Blomsterberg, a local baker and celebrity. She teaches him how to make kranskake, a tower of delicious almond cookies, that's easy to make, yet impressive enough as a centrepiece for any special occasion.

Paul meets up with his friend, Omar Allibhoy, a native Madrileño who knows all the best places to eat in Madrid. At a bakery set up to supply the Spanish royal family, Paul finds traditional choux pastry treats filled with a sweet cream.

Paul is in America's original seaside resort of Miami. Here he gets the chance to create his own version of the classic favourite, Florida key lime pie, using a delicious but deceptively simple recipe.

Binge watched this program tonight. What a delight, the travel, the bakes, the people. What impresses me the most is the positive way Paul speaks about every locale.
Cheesecake was invented by the Greeks and all Hollywood Super Hero movies are cultural appropriation from the Greek myths and Greek Gods. The most interesting Gods on Earth
I loved this marathon, I will be watching it again..the travel of different bakery's and their creations is fantastic. What a joy to be able to bake and travel to try other treats. Paul is amazing and so beautiful.
All I can say is, “Wow! Love this channel.”
I accidentally discovered this show. It’s a big step away from watching the YT movies. It’s worth my time.

omg. I second this. that is when I discovered these clips as well. and same thing, Paul helped me through that very odd and difficult time. I am always struck by how open and positive Paul is. He loves food and he loves people. I always expect him to be formidable and difficult for some reason, and he is neither of those things at all. thanks for posting.

In the NYC episode, “Dough” Donuts has been around for years… their original shop is near the college I went to and I used to stop in if I pulled an all-nighter and let me tell you… their donuts fresh out of the fryers in the early morning are something out of this world… and their coffee is great too. Standouts for me are their hibiscus and classic glazed. They’ve opened so many more locations over the years.

My French MIL has made her bread that way for years. She mixes it the night before, and then cooks it the next morning. Delicious every time!

I love custard stuff an fruit it's very strange but since the pandemic started an ended but since it started its impossible to find lemon filled anything doughnuts cakes pies anything lemon flavored but not actually lemon curd type anything an lemon is my favorite 😢im n California an its just vanished

So fun watching your video! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE SHIRTS! Bought this for myself a few days ago. Was a little disappointed about the chicken rotisserie review, but its not a game changer since I still have my 40 year old Farberware Broiler / Rotisserie that looks and works like its brand new, but used probably 8 times a year to rotisserie chicken and whole leg lamb roasts from Costco.
This will be perfect for me! I can't wait to use it! Excellent presentation, but so much fun! Thanks for the information and the joy!😊😊😊

Been making bread like this for about 15 years, using a sour dough starter. Mix it up, stick it in the fridge overnight and in the morning dump it into a dutch oven Makes great bread.

Welcome to South Africa... with koeksisters, milktart, pap & sause, boerewors, braaivleis, p.otato salad, maisemeal bread, malva poeding with warm custard and amaroela liqueur afterwords... looking at almost black skies with the chirps of insects and ribbets of frogs... and if you are lucky, the swouch of the river nearby. That amazing! Even when Cellphone reception is not happening or very intermittent. The Bushveld is a recharge to the spirit. Next is the South African coast with its lovely waves of a meter or more! Excellent swimming water... as long as you can cope with sometimes being lifted way out of your depth! Just fabulous!! I love the higher waves of 2m or more.
