Claudia. Next time you mix your dry ingredients into your broth, try using a quarter cup or less of broth, add the dry ingredients, mix them into a paste first, then add the rest of the broth. Not only is it faster, but it is easier. I apologize for critiquing you. I think your channel is AWESOME!!!!!

Your recipe reminds me of a restaurant I used to frequent when I lived in Phoenix, AZ called Poncho's. I'd order a cheese crisp covered in green chiles and a 3-way burrito, heaven! Oh, they also had something called a Pollo Fundido, chicken chimichanga covered in jalapeño cream cheese! Anyhoo, thank you again Claudia, amazing recipes!
The sheer number of steps, ingredient list and time spent on both prep and cooking is staggering for the end result of a burrito. Yet our girl Claudia still says it's "quick & easy". LOL It looks amazing, of course, all her cooking is great. This woman is incredible.

The reason why I'm asking is cuz my dad is a diabetic too and I have to be careful with all of the sodium but I would love to make these burritos because he loves burritos. I have made some of your other food but the next day my dad was swollen wit fluid frm the salt. Oooohhh Claudia, if you can give me another alternative instead of using salt.
