I was thinking the same thing: I've watched a lot of these, and it's neat to see the process. But when he did The Cheese Thing, i was blown away. That was brilliant.
U need to go to some "taquerias" (taco's store) and u'll see that's very common to do.
I know right
Absolutly
Saul shut it down when he went "from scratch" on the tortilla. Bring back Saul.
Better Call Saul
Saul is probably the most humble and loving chef I've ever seen. He put his heart into that burrito. Someone tell me where he works. He deserves my money and I want to try his food!
Cantina Rooftop in NYC
Agreed
The middle girl was making a good burrito then she used that Mission tortilla and my heart dropped
No kidding
She Added canned refried beans to canned pinto beans instead of making pinto beans and refrying them XD
She is half gringa after all.
Between Brad's humor, Gabriella's absolute gorgeousness, and Saul's accent, this may be my favorite episode. And yes, I realize none of that has to do with the actual food 😂
Everything about Saul is perfect
Dude I straight up snorted when Brad said he liked avocados because... he’s a millennial I straight up snorted
My life changed when Saul flipped the cheese-tortilla over.
Finally. A level 3 chef that doesn’t do something stupidly complicated that makes the recipe last days.
I get it though. They work at their craft for a long time and get a chance to impress on a big scale, they just want to flex a little.
That’s just because the didn’t grow his own avocados like frank would have
Nathan Mitchell, Frank is my religion
But frank is salt master
Joseph Freed, naw that’s Gordon Ramsay, frank is salt prince
Gabby is such a wonderful lady. Love her cooking. Sal as always is a pleasure to watch.
She's literally too beautiful for words.
I was kinda sold with Gabriela but as soon as Saul said Chorizo i said “my man”.
BAHAHAH SAMEEEEEE
Same
I love me some chorizo so I was like YEEEEESSSSSSSS when he used the chorizo
Same here! jajaja
level 1: average Joe
level 2: the favorite grandchild of abuelita
level 3: uncle Carlitos
Seems about right
Tio
Did you just assume level 1's gender ?
@@A..D..D can you even try to make that already expired joke when it's at least relevant to the situation? Like, the bare minimum…
@@Crevettola exactly its just overcooked

Level 2: something you’d try at a Chipotle or Chili’s
Level 3: authentic mexican food
Not even level 3 is a mexican food truck. Nothing like a real burrito from the truck.
@@Inquietuss I thougth the same
Nathalia G ngl tho the girl’s seemed more professional, the dude seemed a little bit more like a dish from a small little Mexican restaurant in the middle of nowhere. But hey it might taste good. I just felt like the girl’s actually seemed pretty professional
Antonio Martinez exactly.
@@gamer3d147 Saul is an actual professional chef trained by other professional chefs. He also owns his own restaurant.
Brads funny “and now we have every secret sauce in America” and “I like avocados because Im a millennial so I have to like them”
Finally a level three that actually has an authentic and not overly dramatic recipe
When he added the chicharon.. i was like MY GOD i am relevant
Saul out here representing every Mexican granny, pure god damn love in his cooking look at how happy he is. He makes me so proud to be Mexican.
He makes me want to be Mexican. Can I be an honorary Mexican?
John Ohkuma-Thiel of course! We are happy to welcome you into our taco loving ranks, henceforth you shall no longer be named John, your new name wen presenting yourself to one of us shall be Juan.
Now rise señor Juan and partake of our delicious food and drink!
GeekOUT!!!!! I prefer Juanito!
You know mexicans ain't all about tacos im mexican amd youre wrong
Stonk Slayer seems you’re either a lack luster Mexican or a white kid saying he’s Mexican then if you think the taco isn’t the national food, do we have more fabulous foods? Yes absolutely. But the taco is by far the most consumed item in Mexico.
This is coming from a Tepic Nayarit native, traveler of Mexico and food enthusiast.
When Saul toasted those peppers on the pan I can guarantee he tear gassed the whole studio.
I was thinking the exact same thing the moment he tossed the peppers in the pan
I don't know about that. Only the Arbol peppers pack any significant heat, and he removed a lot of the seeds.
Man, I even started coughing.
Omg 😂
☣️😷
Ngl, I half paid attention to level 1 and 2 because Saul started with Chirizo and Hangar Steak and I was like, he knows EXACTLY what's up! That burrito was fire!
ok saul is the most elite level 3 chef to ever exist so don’t get rid of him 🥺😭🇲🇽
idaly rojas he has his own yt i found it just look up chef saul
...but frank ☹️☹️☹️☹️
SAL AND LORENZO!! We can tell their food is actually good
Most elite level 3 chef? Are you high?
My mom makes the same thing like once a week
MikeGlasses your mom’s on this show?

You Made me laugh, good job
As a Latino I laughed every time I heard Saul speaking, loved it. That "this is garlic, it's supposed to be good for you" I heard every aunt I have saying that in my head
Honestly, brother
I love the happiness on Saul's face when he shows his burrito. That's love to what you cook.
Saul’s smile when he said “here is my burrito” 🥺
Saul's is that wholesome chef who smiles so happily when his dish is complete because he knows he did a good job making it, and that's the kind of person we need!!
The level 3 chef when he said “here’s my burrito” says it like it’s his baby he’s so proud!
Burritos are no joke bro
I was proud. Shed a tear and everything
My heart melted when he presented it...
The best is obviously the Cheff level 3 won he Mexican ASF🔥🔥👌💯
That was wholesome
I like how he speaks his own language and then translates for us. My respect for this dude 📈📈📈
Saul is the only level three chef I am going to appreciate he just looks like a calm and good dude and on top of that he makes good burritos and a person that you can be friends with.
And frank *
Yup sorry I forgot about frank
And Lorenzo
Memes Pls protect saul at all costs
I want to buy him a beer.
Saul: This, this is the best part of the job.
Man he vibin
I appreciate Saul simply saying he was a Level Three chef, rather than list his whole resume. As far as I'm concerned, his cooking did all the talking and was a testament to his skill.
I know right?! There is just one Level 3 Chef I accept that of, and thats Frank. Simply because he’s Frank
@@MrSailmakers we love frank
@@MrSailmakers Frank and Saul always make the video better
yea cause they're probably told to say that lmao
Um he said that because the level thing was part of the videos premise.

Also I would die to eat that burrito for real
saul looked so happy when he said “here’s my burrito”, it was adorable :)
