Hodor holding the door is the saddest thing in this whole show .
I don't think people realize how tragic this death was. If you go by what we THINK we know about time travel and paradoxes, then what Bran did was force this kid to see his future death through three different perspectives at once, which melted his brain and created a loop, where this poor kid has to do this over and over again forever.
It’s like being wolverine in X-men, the time travel just breaks you
Everyone realizes how tragic this is
@WarKrieg exactly. Who the hell doesn't? 😅
Bran is the real villain of GOT
Bran is the real villain confirmed😢
Sidenote hope you guys realize they played the stark theme song for hodors death because he was a stark through it all.
I swear I love you guys that can point out the different themes! I can only identify Rains of Castemere and Dany’s ‘Dragon About To Do A Thing’
@@NiKiMa023I can’t take full credit for this I saw someone say it in other reactors channels.
@@zachmiller1175still nice of you to comment it 🤗
@@Humanitarian4ever hope Hobbs and dev see it. Especially dev since he seems to really mess with hodor the most.
Shut up. He was not a stark.
97 til: 'That might be the realest sacrifice yet.'
Hodor: 'Hold the door '
When you realize Hodor always knew his fate and served his destiny. Cry my eyes out every single time.
I… have to.. HOLD THE DOOR!
where is it implied that he knew?
@@slimeeeeeeeeeeeaz the fact he says it for the entire time…
@@slimeeeeeeeeeeeaz He's been saying Hodor since the beginning of the series. He always knew.
Je just say’s that bcz his brain is f*Ickes up
I love the Hodor reveal! I still cry every time!! Hodor the Hero!!!!
I don’t think I realized this until right now…but Hodor probably had anxiety because when shit goes down he probably thinks “this is it” and curls into a ball in the corner. If he doesn’t hold a door, he can’t die. Damn man.
No, he did not know. Bran warged Willis in the past to warg Hodor in the present. That's how powerful Bran is.
@@krickey72 Hodor wouldn’t say “hold
the door” if he wasn’t actually mentally in the future during that time though. So in my mind he foresaw the future before it happened
@@Theisnation212he was there, through Bran's mind, no fortune telling. Meera told Bran to warg into Hodor at that moment, he did, through Willis
Hodors actor is now a DJ. Holding doors and holding beats
Nahhh say swear😩🤣🥳
@@snacksleep9991 on Winterfell
Yep! He been a DJ for a long time @@snacksleep9991
@@snacksleep9991 He was technically a DJ before he became an actor!
Let’s freaking go! That’s awesome
“That might be the realist sacrifice yet” right before the realist sacrifice had my dying
5 seasons of 'What happened to you, Hodor?' 'Hodor' hodor, replied.
Fastest reaction to figuring out Hodor's existence/life's mission that I've ever seen! Kudos young men!!! From an old-ass fan!!!
yeah they caught it right quick. Normally it takes reactors till the first couple of Hol - door shouts till it clicks.
Literally.
(not the old ass part, but definitely fastest to notice Hodor) 😉🤣❤️
They caught it immediately. Usually it takes them hearing him say Hodor to figure it out.
@@DomCoreLeon He makes incorrect predictions/comments pretty often. He’s just much better at recognizing context clues than Hobbs lol.
I’ve seen so many reactions of GOT and this one gets me every time
I just wanted to tell you guys how much I'm enjoying watching the reactions to this show. I found you from The Red Wedding episode and started from the beginning. Y'all are so funny. Y'all are helping me thru depression and don't even know. Seeing your videos make me happy. Just wanted to let y'all know this 💙
Shout out to Meera for icing a white walker. Literally no one in Westeros finds out that accomplishment 😂 Bran certainly won’t mention it
Meera, Sam, Jon, Arya. White Walker killers.
"Build me a thousand ships from an island with no forest, even though there aren't enough men on this island to build 1000 ships, and nowhere near enough sailors to man them. Also, you have to be finished in one month."
They gave him the Stark music too. RIP Hodor. He has giant blood in him or I’m the queen.
R.I.P. to he legend Hodor...... Also bear in mind Hodor is older than Ned.
I absolutely broke down when I first saw that scene. I LOVE how you gentlemen straight up ADMIRED our gentle giant, Hodor!
Side note: A few minutes before this epic reveal you guys mentioned that the child’s sacrifice was the realest and we all knew what was coming. I love this channel
Man i still cry every time i see that scene on sum real g shit. RIP HODOR.
The other day I was at work on the phone with a big customer I usually end the call with: “Please let any of your peers in the industry know about our service as well, and have a great day.”
But instead I said: “Please let all your dogs and frogs know what we do here.”
I think I’ve been watching too much 🤣
I will never get through this without sobbing 😢
Same. I feel the tears coming.
It's the saddest moment in the entire series for me. Red Wedding was shocking. This was just heartbreaking
- He was 40-50 when he died... - Who? - Well, Hodor... - Hodor DIED? 😂 That was some real deep denial
That Iron Born drowning ritual is some of the coldest sh** in the series. “What is dead may never die”
Also RIP Hodor. He was a real one. Still mad at ole dude in the tree. He couldnt tell Bran “hey look, dont let one of them white walkers touch you out there or we’ll all be cooked. Just dont do that and we good” 🤦♂️
Not all heroes carry weapons, some just hold a door.
The Priestess knowing about Varys past is kind of a game changer. Varys is one the best keepers of secrets in the world, he has probably told no-one except Tyrion about what happened to him as a child. So her knowing what happened and what the fire said, shows she has some kind of power or divine connection. We've seen Red Priests bring back the dead and conjure demons so they do clearly have some magical power, with this new Priestess being the "first" servant, she is probably the most tapped into those powers.
This will be a tomorrow watch don’t want to end my day ugly crying
goat reaction to the hodor reveal
Hodor was secretly tapped in for years and nobody knew why
No, Bran warged Willis in the past to warg Hodor in the present. Never been done before. That's how powerful Bran is.
When Brand says in like season 3, I saw you in the past and you could talk.... what happened? And Hodor looks and nods at him and says "Hodor". He was telling Brand he was what did it. But Brand of course didn't understand. This scene is the best writing in the entire show. The most poetic death. I'm glad to hear you say it's the best thing cause I felt the exact same. Enjoy the rest of the season. It gets wild and is so so good! Great review!
I think I’ve watched this series through 3x already. I loved it each time, but watching it for the 4th time with you guys is the best! It’s so fun watching you react. This was a stellar episode for sure. RIP Hodor ❤️.
Hodor ♡
MY GOAT HELD THE DOOR WITH HIS LIFE, RIP HODOR MAN
Whoever bro is that keep walking through he might as well pull a chair and lock in aswell icl
It doesnt matter how many times I watch this episode I still cry 😢 Great video guys ❤
If you think about it, Hodor experienced his own death twice
🔥hodor🔥
NOW you’re men of winter
Season 6 is by far my favorite, with this episode and the two best episodes of the series in ep9 and ep10, this season really stands alone.
Never the fake always the real! Your Boy Bucky has moved from Atlanta back to his US Army State of Charlotte North Carolina. Been a busy crazy week moving during this hurricane. Man….. so much destruction and moving through this has been tough. Yet we’re good and helping others though. Also, watching these videos for an escape. Yet things will be good again soon, you guys be good!
Not all hero’s wear capes some just hold the door 😢
Danni is the prince who was promised.
John is the prince who was promised.
Stanis was the prince who was promised.
They just say that to whoever, whenever it's convenient for them
R.I.P. sweet giant. ❤
Imagine being 10 years old with your mommy one second then u blink and your holding a door with dead men behind it scratching your face in a blizzard all alone.
I love the respect Daario #2 gives Jorah when he tells Dany he loved her. Daario 2 was always throwing it in Jorah’s face that he was “with” Dany. Once he found out about the greyscale, Daario 2 backed off the sticking it in Jorah’s face.
I remember watching this episode and just bawling!
Write a sad story with 3 words: Hold the Door.
That being said Euron has a point about paying the Iron Price but that being also said in the books at least; kin slaying is the greatest taboo in Westeros.
Yes, it was the Children of the Forest that created the Night King. The First Men called them that because of their size... to the First Men, they looked like children when fully grown.
after this episode aired I just sat quiet for like 5 minutes xD
Euron in the books is so impressive. 😫
yeah, I wish he was at least decent in the show
Hodor's actor recently released a book, and it's literally just the word hodor copy pasted over a hundred pages
IKYFL 😂
I love your reactions when the answer to a mystery is revealed! ❤🤗
The only episode of anything to make me ugly cry. 😢
Hodor had a sh*t one today
I knew this was coming but I was not ready 😭
❤MY MAN HODOOR!!!!........The dude in the tree is the priest from the EXORCIST 1973......."Big Dog" is the Knight King
lmao @ 46:40 that's the best reaction to this moment i've ever seen
Not all Hero’s were capes , they…
Hold The Door
**COLDPLAY GAME OF THRONES MUSICAL ….. really hope y’all do that
30:49 she wasn't lying. Varys only told Tyrion about how he was "cut" no one else knew. Same as when Melisandre said "you know nothing Jon Snow" that was something only Ygritte said to him. The red priests/priestesses do really have magical abilities it's just that almost every culture in this world views magic with so much suspicion that it feels like the show writers show the audience that through making their abilities seem untrustworthy or vague
37:43 about the whole Sansa lying to Jon thing (no spoilers but get used to it) ... its Littlefinger. A smart person wouldn't trust Baelish, an even smarter person wouldn't tell their brother that the man that sold her to Ramsey met with her recently because Jon wouldn't trust the intel and would try and kill Littlefinger and they (albeit unfortunately) still need him. All I'm saying is that Sansa knows Littlefinger and Jon very well and knows exactly what Jon would do and knows exactly what Littlefinger wants and what he needs to get it. I feel like people give Sansa too much 💩 for pulling the same tactics other characters are praised for.
Yes!!! Absolutely no one else knew!
Love your reactions!! RIP Hodor!!😢😢
“I love you” Hobbs starts laughing 😂 why I love this channel.
I legit cry every time I see ts, peak.
Dude in the tree isn’t Bran. It’s a character named Brynden Rivers. He’s about 150ish years old. He’s born after the events of House of the Dtagon but decades before what you’re watching. Not a spoiler since the show doesn’t go into his history.
There is a series of fan made AI "trailer" videos here on YT that take place after the end of GOT and Bran does meet his future self in it. It's worth checking out imo.
If he’s 150 yrs old, wasn’t he born 150 years before what they’re watching? Not just decades, but 1.5 centuries.
@@sivannatalie I don’t know his exact age but he’s mad old. That’s why I added the ish.
It's like when Willis saw Bran from the future it triggered the seizure that led to him eventually saving Bran. His destiny was sealed. Poor Hodor.
Bran warged Willis in the past to warg Hodor in the present. Because of that, it fried his brain. That has never been done and shows just how powerful Bran is.
Saying somebody is biblically old is crazyy😂😂
You guys need to understand how dangerous lady kinvara really is!! Lady melisandre would be (if one would be generous) one of these "most eloquent priests" lady kinvara spoke of while she herself would be the pope. You guys have seen what melisandre did up to this point, the woman is a witch. Can you imagine what her boss can do??
What the show runners do next with lady kinvara will blow your mind!! True testament to the show runner's skill and abilities in their craft!!!
You guys just got the concept immediately! It took me three watches to "get it" I'm a slow learner. Love you're reactions!
49:56 YO i am crying 😂😭
*3 minutes left in a 50 minute video reaction in which hodor dies, Hobbs (red sweater) says, "who?.....Hodor died.....like right here?" 😂😂 Devin's face loool he looked at him like "bruh 😐🤨"
I can't watch this episode without crying my eyes out!
And Bran remains not shit. His ass was grown enough to finally follow instructions and quit being a spoiled child.
RIP gentle giant
Those red priestesses say some spooky shit, don't they?
Great reaction guys. I was cheesing ear to ear with the Hodor reveal. You guys caught it really quick. Can’t wait for the rest of the season!
W George RR Martin for that Hodor creativity.
The show's creativity..GRRM books, Jon is still dead
Can't ever watch the last scene in this episode without bawling. 😢 ugh. Hodor is number one.
Love it! Finally reactors that call Sansa for what she is, she’s stubborn and makes terrible choices. Hodor a OG for real.
Hodor!
I really hate the plotline of Littlefinger giving Sansa to the Boltons. It didn't happen in the books, and it doesn't make a lot of sense in my opinion. He worked so hard to smuggle her out of King's Landing in secret, just to give her away.
That's why things go downhill once they ran out of book material
They wanted to do a grape scene with Sansa. Pervs if you ask me considering how much of that they added in the show not in the books.
Agreed. I was also kinda annoyed that little finger didn't know about Ramsey. Like how 😂.
He would have killed Theon and Iara even if they had stayed
I hope everyone is happy and healthy today!
...tomorrow is another story
Chills. I get chills every time I see this part. Whew. What an amazing reaction guys. I'm pretty quiet - lol I've never commented thru this whole journey - but this episode just guts me 😭 I was really looking forward to seeing you watch it and you definitely didn't disappoint!
❤️🇨🇦
I don't know the actor's name that plays Little Finger but I Absolutely Hate the Sound of HIS VOICE! He was in Bohemian Rhapsody movie and I still couldn't stand his voice.
Another great reaction guys.❤❤❤
bran and hodor are jordan and pippen, neither can do anything without the other but together they cant be beat XD
I cried…❤😊 love your reactions❤️
This episode hurt me more than the Red Wedding. I wasn't expecting it at all.
He held the door 😢 RIP HODOR
Omg probably my favorite episode of the whole series... Thanks for the upload guys we appreciate you. RIP Hodor ❤
Talk about it ❤😊 I totally love you guys. Keep it up
❤ yeah this is one of the best moments of the show - such an insane reveal. Reading through the comments, I’m glad I’m not the only one who cries every single time I see this scene without fail.
hodor
14:45
Dev: "What is this..."
Me: "A CENTER FOR ANTS!?!?!?!"
fav episode
Yeah he died.... Not too long ago HAHAHA! had me laughing
Top 10 episode for me. Very tough episode, but Varys meeting the Red Priestess blew me away - he was SHOOK!!
51:06 I also think Sansa doesn't wanna bring Little Finger into the mix by telling Jon the truth.
I've watched Hodor die 100s of times and I cry every damn time.
W Hodor
I thought you were going to call it at the beginning talking about the doors!
GOT - Hodor: *Hold the door*
Attack on Titan - Eren Kreuger: *You have to keep fighting to save Mikasa and Armin* ... *Whose memories are these*
always gives me chills.
OMG I was thinking about Griesha! These are really the greatest shows on all time. So well done with the reveals
@@taylormade9748 hodor situation and the eren krueger having eren yeager's future memories of mikasa and armin, kinda have the same story. just like bran manipulated the hodor's life, eren yeager manipulated founding titan's abilities to his will and gave attack titan future memories. both reveals are my favorite twisted moments in the cinema history.
@@jimmystewart1974 yes yes, it’s such a euphoric feeling when it all comes together. Everything has led up to that one moment, good or bad. everything just makes sense. Those moments truly show the skill of an excellent writer. The emotions you feel at the moment is 1 of 1.
