When i look at the list of work outs, yoga workout is that one keeping me going through the previous ones… its like the sweet apple dangling at the finishing lines of the tough journey.

Amazing after do the AMRAP yesterday. Yoga is so incredibly effective not just for mobility but also for building a different type of strength, beyond just doing weighted workouts 🤓
I absolutely love Fierce and this day in particular. This was my first program with Heather (was following another Irish RUclipsr) and really love Fierce and Heather. Starting HR12 2.0 next.

FIERCEing Day 11 Done🥰😍after 2 days rest due to my 3rd dose booster vaccine for COVID, this YOGA is a good start to strengthen and give back my energy for tomorrows workouts😉😊it's my 1st time doing a YOGA and I wanted to thank you Heather for excluding this on your program🥰🥰🥰now I'm ready to finish the remaing FIERCE's workouts tomorrow so excited to smash them all💪💪💪

Back was a bit tight and legs are sore.. Literally felt some knots loosening up. Felt like i went through some fine-tuning to be able to perform better in the coming sessions LOL. Never miss active recovery you guys. Thank you Heather. I definitely needed this.

Great active recovery after 2 consecutive fierce legs and amrap programme. Even though words "yoga fusion", but it still quite sweaty than you expected! Muscle feel relaxed after did it!!

You can try to develop a breathing pattern for each exercise...try to exhale during the contraction of the movement...for example during crunches exhale each time you crunch in and contract your abs. Another example, in dolphin pushups you can exhale when you push inwards (pushing your chest towards your legs). You only have to remember to exhale properly, your body will never forget to inhale :)
I skipped the last 4 workouts from the #fierce14 due to sickness... However, today I'm back on the track with this Yoga Great Fusion 🤩 It was an amazing quite smooth restart for me ☺️🙏 Thanks, Heather! ❤️

I underestimated how much I sweated during this. My body needed this session today (swapped this with day 10... that's for tomorrow).
The music is especially chill in this workout and the pace is a little slower. It was 100% perfect for me today. Thank you, Heather!
