I just turned 50 in July and this video has honestly made me feel very empowered. Thank you so much for these 5 things and explaining them and/or posting a link of other resources. I very much appreciate your time and thoughtfulness to help all of us watching you ❤️ I really liked each of the 5 things you spoke about but the one I didn’t have any idea about was the neurotransmitter test for the melatonin… I will be looking into that and having my vitamin D tested as well! It’s amazing to me how much vitamin D isn’t being talked about overall in the medical community.
Thank you so much! I was just told that I am in menopause, but the only option for bones was to wait an get a bone scan at 50. Why wait until their is a problem? There has to be something to do now! And your information fit in perfectly! I am looking forward to more information, and healing with you, Dr Melissa. Much love xoxo

Oh wow, I absolutely cannot use melatonin or PMs or any kind of sleep drugs. They make me feel awful and restless. Proper exercise, healthy eating habits, staying hydrated, and taking vitamins help me so far with sleep. Also, no phones or electronics before bed or in bed ever. Reading a book is okay. Those are things I do. I tried collagen vitamins once... noooo! Made my heart race so fast! Fish oil vitamins are bad for me, too. I wish I could take collagen. Especially after hearing all the benefits you listed. I'm going to speak to my doctor to see if he can find a way that I might be able to take collagen.

Thanks so much for these health tips! Since I turn 40 last year I have been having lots of back pain and also my right upper arm has been aching for 3 months I thought it was from sleeping on it but it just won’t get better. Any suggestions?
Hi- I am feeling healthy and I sleep very well. I am 40 years old. I should take those supplements now? Or in case I start feeling symptoms? Thank you in advance. Jess
Hi Jess, it's great to hear that you're feeling healthy and sleeping well! While supplements can be beneficial for you. Prevention is key, so discussing it with a healthcare provider is a proactive step. 😊
I don’t know if aloe is in the formula but I have heard of a study that showed 1/4 tsp of aloe a day oral, increase the dna markers for collagen production. I’d love to find the study and see how long it was taken I believe a month or so
Hi @miller5170! That’s really interesting, and I agree, aloe has some promising benefits for skin health. I’m not sure of the exact study you’re referring to, but there are several studies that highlight aloe vera's potential to support collagen production. It’s great that you’re looking into it further! If I come across more info on this study, I’ll be sure to share it. Thanks for bringing it up, and feel free to update me if you find it too! 😊
This video was a pure gem!! My thing is that I have phenomenal energy but I’m still not losing weight. I gained almost 30 lbs when doctors put me on Cytomel, T4, testosterone cream compounded and progesterone pills. Now I can’t get that weight back off. Even though I feel amazing. Those things also had me feeling suicidal. I can now do my 2 miles in the mornings. Is that ok? It wakes me up and I love it. I do also weight train 3-4 days/week.
I Melissa, I can't wait to try some of these products! Can you please advise on daily iodine consumption? You have mentioned iodoral but you also said short term. Can I ask how you take it?? (In another video)
Hey! I turned 41 this year and this month (July). Some of these things I heard of and do already, but there are some I was completely unaware of. A typical doctor or obgyn won't tell us about these things in the interest of following the "estrogen trend" because it doles out the big bucks. Right now I'm taking D3, B12, melatonin, valerian root (protients and peptides? Interested!), and black cohosh to help with hot flashes and night sweats. The hot flashes and night sweats are still a thing but the severity of them reduced. I have a busy brain. So it's really hard for me to get to sleep. Should I do weight lifting exercises a half hour before bed? I sleep in sweat and wash my bedding regularly as it is. Also, I have trouble fully waking and feeling energized throughout the day. Hours after I get up and have had my breakfast, I'm still dragging myself around. What's up with that and what can I do?
Do not lift weights too close bed. Your heart rate will be up, making it difficult to sleep. Take a shower after taking a couple of minutes to breathe 🧘🏻♀️ and relax not tv and not cell phone at least one hour before bed.
Hey! Thanks for sharing all that-it sounds like you're already doing a lot of great things for your health. Weightlifting can be great for overall energy levels, but doing it too close to bedtime might actually rev you up instead of helping you sleep, especially if you're sensitive to it. I'd recommend trying it earlier in the day if possible. As for feeling tired after waking up, it could be a few things. It might be related to your sleep quality or even the stress from the busy brain you mentioned. Sometimes, melatonin and valerian root can help, but if you’re still waking up exhausted, it could be worth checking if your sleep cycle is disrupted or if you're not getting enough deep, restorative sleep. Maybe also try adding magnesium before bed-it can help with muscle relaxation and improve sleep quality.

Hello, I listen to your information very informative. I took some collagen sometime ago and I thought and felt like it caused constipation . Could it have been that I took the wrong kind of collagen? I just turned 50.
Hello! I'm glad you find the information helpful. Collagen supplements can indeed sometimes cause digestive issues like constipation in certain individuals. It's possible that the type of collagen or the dosage you took might have contributed to this. As you've turned 50, it's a good idea to consider collagen supplements that are specifically formulated for your age and needs. You might also want to consult with me before making any changes to your supplement routine, just to ensure it's the right fit for you. Remember, individual responses can vary, so finding the right supplement and dosage that suits your body is key. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
Sleep has been my challenge, been suffering with insomnia for 12 years. Had a virus one year and after that sleep went away? Have been trying so many natural remedies and treatments, nothing was working have been on sleeping pills for 3 years now. I am 43 and want to get off them and get my health back! Are these supplements pricey? Do they ship to Canada without huge shipping fees? What else would you recommend?🥰Thanks😊

Hello, I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your order. To assist you further, could you please send an email to our support team at support@naturalhealthresources.com with your order details and any relevant information so that they can investigate and assist you accordingly? Thank you.
Hello I sent am email about my order the same day you told me. I still haven't heard anything back I put in my order number and the name of the product which was formula 303. This is my second time emailing the company. Haven't heard anything.
Do you have to take Formula 303 with every meal as it says on the back, or can you just take it at bedtime? I don't want to be sleepy all day, plus don't want it to interfere with my ADHD medication. Thanks in advance!
Taking Formula 303 as recommended on the back label, with every meal, is typically to ensure a consistent intake throughout the day. However, if you're concerned about potential drowsiness or interactions with your ADHD medication, it's a good idea to consult with me. I can provide guidance on the best dosing schedule for your specific needs and any potential interactions to watch out for. And my advice will be the most tailored to your situation.

You mentioned you were going to share some suggestions on sources for the vitamins....I feel dumb - I can't find that. Can anyone point me to what is probably super obvious?
Certainly! Cardio exercises can be effective for weight loss, but they're not the only option. You can also focus on a combination of a healthy, balanced diet and other forms of exercise, such as strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).

Progesterone daily? I’ve been using progesterone cream day 11-21 (per my naturopath’s directions) since I was 38 or so and it makes a huuuuuge positive difference. (I’m not a bitch) however, you said daily? Daily?
Haha, I love your spirit! Aging can be frustrating, especially when it feels like our bodies don’t keep up with how we feel inside. It’s great that you’re embracing your youthful energy! If you have any tips or routines that work for you, I’d love to hear them. Keep shining!
I will say progesterone prescription form can make you extremely angry I do NOT recommend it. I used to think progesterone was the answer but did not realize a prescription form is aweful. Estrogen cream can be so much better even if you have excess man made estrogens I take iodine to help flush out any excess man made estrogens ( dr berg) but I put on topical for skin health. I have my levels checked via blood test
Hi @miller5170! Thanks for sharing your experience. I agree that everyone’s body reacts differently to hormone therapies, and it’s really helpful to hear about your journey with progesterone and estrogen cream. It sounds like you’ve found what works best for you! Iodine is an interesting choice for supporting estrogen balance too. It’s great that you’re having your levels monitored with blood tests such a key part of staying on top of your health. Appreciate you sharing your insights! 😊
Hey @daisyh8481, I hear you. Removing a narcissist from your life can indeed make a huge difference in your overall well-being. It’s important to surround yourself with positive and supportive people. Thanks for sharing your insight! 🌟
And here's another big secret. "Taking care of your skin is different from taking care of your body." No one actually says this, of course, but it's the unspoken "truth" behind all skincare advice. Actually, the truth is just the opposite. A good diet and moderate exercise are the best way to take care of your skin. And why "moderate"? Well, that's because intense exercise depletes the skin's fat cells over time. And they are critical to the skin ecosystem.
You make an excellent point! Skin health really does go hand-in-hand with overall health. A balanced diet and moderate exercise are key to keeping your skin looking its best, since what you put into your body affects how it shows up on the outside. As for intense exercise, you're right-overdoing it can sometimes have negative effects, like dehydrating your skin or depleting essential oils. It's all about finding that sweet spot where you take care of your body and your skin. Thanks for sharing this insight!
Hey Deb! Melatonin isn’t considered physically addictive like some medications, but it’s always good to use it responsibly. Some people can develop a reliance on it for sleep, so it’s best to use it as a short-term solution rather than a long-term one.
Thanks for the great input! I'm so glad you liked it. If you're interested in learning other things, check out my RUclips channel and my masterclasses at bit.ly/3HG51Zo

Hello I placed an order about 2 months ago of the sleeping formula and I never received it.

Tried to order the progesterone cream and it’s discontinued 😢
i Clara! I apologize for the inconvenience. I
What if I if I wanna lose weight I cannot do cardio for that?
Certainly! Cardio exercises can be effective for weight loss, but they're not the only option. You can also focus on a combination of a healthy, balanced diet and other forms of exercise, such as strength training and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
I am in my mid 50's thank you for this informative video. I will take time lifting weights and taking collegen

Progesterone daily? I’ve been using progesterone cream day 11-21 (per my naturopath’s directions) since I was 38 or so and it makes a huuuuuge positive difference. (I’m not a bitch) however, you said daily? Daily?
I'M IN MY 80sAND HAVE A 35 YEAR OLD BODY. BUT I HAD TWO GIVE IT BACK BEE-CAUSE I WAS GETTING IT ALL WRINKLED. SHIIIT!!
Haha, I love your spirit! Aging can be frustrating, especially when it feels like our bodies don’t keep up with how we feel inside. It’s great that you’re embracing your youthful energy! If you have any tips or routines that work for you, I’d love to hear them. Keep shining!
I just turned 40 ✨🧚♀️and I’m suddenly a hot mess. Is there a reason a K2 supplement isn’t mentioned on this list to go with the 10K IUS of D3? 🤔
I think we both watch Dr. Berg 😊
@@rossyrivera3757 lol guilty as charged 😅and Dr. Mercola.. Vitamin D3/K2 have really improved my health ☀️
Get rid of the narcissist in your life, everything improves
All different kinds of collagens flooding the market. This is ridiculous!!
Anyone know of any videos on this topic in Spanish
my husband said melatonin is addictive
Hey Deb! Melatonin isn’t considered physically addictive like some medications, but it’s always good to use it responsibly. Some people can develop a reliance on it for sleep, so it’s best to use it as a short-term solution rather than a long-term one.
Optimize your sleep not gonna happen with small kids
