The number of new EVs is astounding, especially since many do not stand a chance in today's tough competitive pricing environment. But they keep coming up, and I admire their entrepreneurial spirit. I not only admire them, I salute them. How many people would put their life savings to start an EV adventure in the West today? Not many, I suppose. And that is what makes the new China great!
That is good for innovation. If you check back 100 years ago how many car companies used to be in US and later only three large companies survived.
I love frameless windows on the doors... It's very strange to me why they all do that? In the 80s many luxury cars do that, many of the 80s luxury cars have that, many of the Subarus from the 80s and 90s. But in the 2000s, many cars have done away with that... But why are many of these China EVs going back to having frameless door windows? They are nice looking to me.
Apple left the chat without an EV car after so many years whereas Xiaomi did it within 3 years... lol

I heard do many bad things about China but wow. They are years ahead of the West. Our automotive industry is stuck in the store ages.
Even their basic stuff looks good.

I'm from the philippines. EV is not a thing yet here.we are a decade behind technology as always😂 but chinese brands are becoming common slowly.lots of Geely and MG here.last week i saw BYD for the 1st time.gorgeous car.i'm excited to have that Xiaomi car in the future❤
It’s a shame the PH is being turned into a US’s puppet by that crook Bong Bong! Now, instead of getting built up by China so that the PH’s economy would get built up with the developed world the PH is getting used like Ukraine to help the US fight its war against China, which means it’s the Filipino people that are going to die and not the Americans!

iCar is a sub brand of Chery, tailored to young people's first car. Dongfeng Hero is pure electric SUV, the Hunter model is in production. Infinity is Nissan's luxury brand, looks like it's falling behind. The Changan Qiyuan E07 transforms from SUV to pickup with a push of a button. In my opinion, it's a great idea.
Here EU Auto legacy have no idea how much ahed is China in EV technology. The amount of products for all kind of users is unbelievable !!
People are having a hard time to choose because there are two many cars to choose, I guess.
I do like the iCar moon buggy. Time to forget the design of car of old, since you do not need an engine bay, the design maximize the useable space instead.

Two words that dont go together Chinese mad3 and quality
if its chinese made you know its great quality, if its western made or american made it'll be like boeing and fall apart XD
1.22.40 wrong, china has very little options in australia because australia is another racist 5 eyes county, it blocked a chinese car company call "great wall" years ago, despite great quality, thousands of dollars cheaper then major brands, but used lies like "well the bike rack can't REALLY hold bikes thus chinese cars are crap, typical chinese bad quality" eventually that brand had to close up and leave due to poor sales, just like its lies on huawei in australia/uk

Such great content, so many interesting and innovative car designs at amazing prices - even with the government grants.
Those side mirror monitors on the Avatars need to be much larger and the cameras need to be able to fold in like the actual mirrors they’re replacing.
Got 2 Tesla's, 3 and Y, which only I drive and they look so outdated in Shenzhen roads now. I'd swap the 3 for Xiaomi su7 max anyday, if it weren't for the long wait. I was at the xiaomi store in Beijing Wanfujing for their launch at end of March and was fascinated by the technology, design, speed, range and the only China brand that has a useable frunk, although still couldn't fit a 20inch suitcase, unlike in my model Y, but wait till Xiaomi come out with their suv with a frunk and 800+km range !!
电车有很多优点，但我对传统的燃油车更感兴趣，中国的电动车五花八门，款式实在是太多太多了，连我这个中国人都记不住到底有多少个品牌，有多少款车，反正一年总会有几十款甚至上百款电车上市，看的眼花缭乱，能记住其中几款车，就已经相当不错了。

If all those EVs on display have power, how do they prevent someone from accidentally putting into gear and driving off?
To be honest I am not a fan of screens of any size nor shape. I think it is dangerous to keep looking and activate control via the screen！When driving one should keep hi s eyes and attention on the road not the screen.
Top of the top. China cars are so great, our gov want to add again +50% extra tax in Europe.

The Cinese have around 30 years of experience with car production. The Germans have over 130 years. Consequential the Chinese cars on the show looks as it looks: Something on 4 weels. Mostly cheap looking parts, which doesn't looks harmonious.

Xiaomi EV is a car with poor safety standards and made of poor quality materials. In China, it has been many accidents that took place. Many new buyer regretted buying it without a second thought. Even buyers are selling the EV on the second day upon collection. Never buy this EV although it look like a cheap sport car. Only young buyers with 1st buyers with limited budget and wanted to show off..
