Please have them back because now I NEED to hear Mark's story!
I love some Mark Tinsley! Smart and to the point. He is a great lawyer. Keep the heat on.
Loved listening to Mark and Liz together on your show. Excellent
Glad you enjoyed it! They’re awesome.
Tinsleys best line to Creighton regarding Phil Barber "Whatever that other lawyers name was" Creighton, "you mean Mr. Barber?" Classic, was in camera hearing.
YES😂
Respectfully Hoot needs to retire from everything! Respect for Judge. Alec needs to stop he's a murderer, con, liar and basically jerk!
Hoot looks like a drunk.
Mark Tinsely, chance of murdaugh getting a new trial, two… SLIM AND None 😂😂
Mark, this line will live forever...”well, you thought wrong”!
I adore Mark Tinsley!
Tinsley is brilliant and knows what his opinions are.
Smooth talkwr.
Love Mark.Tinsley smooth speech.
I applaud Tinsley and his integrety 💪🇩🇰🥰
Another great time spent listening and learning. I absolutely love listening to both Mark and Liz.
Speaking of mr barber. You know Poot and Griffin made him take Tinsley. They didn’t want that smoke lol
I watched Mark’s in camera testimony so much. Him and Phil going back and forth was so exciting to watch.
I am so curious if Liz and Tinsley think Alex will get a new trial based on Becky’s son being charged with surveillance. Did he work there at the time of the trial? Can you please have them on weekly? You three are so interesting and we need to hear Liz and Tinsleys back story!
Hoot and Poot have a Podcast.… and they've done interviews!
Just when I thought I had thought about everything involved in this haywire case you all brought new angles. Never thought about you all feeling even a tinge of guilt about the deaths of Maggie and Paul. Looking forward to the Tinsley/ Liz book!!!!!
Can wait to watch. Couldn't watch live !!
First time listener and love this so much! Great guests!
Glad you enjoyed it!
"Did you print out the order on paper, Mark?"
"I'm an old guy."
Love it.
Great interview and great combo of guests on the stream, Brandi (: I always love hearing from both Mark and Liz😊
The fact Alec checked the bodies and had no blood on him seems amazing....
All of you 3 Rock!
Thanks!
No problem! Thank you so much!
Just keep him locked up and throw away the key!..
Ok great guests!
Their words will come back to bite them
Who's words?
@@brandichurchwell "everything you say will be used against you", by prosecutors, by YT, at the weighing of the heart ceremony
Bought Mandy’s book!!!
I like for you to have Liz and Mark back since he admitted guilt yesterday to see what they think is next
New member who loves your content! I was in chat and as we were wrapping the last thing I said on the way out was Alex is going to plead guilty tomorrow. It just made sense but the only other person I said that to was my son. Poor kid walked in from work and the first thing I said was Alex pled! He said you called that Mom! Lol you do a great job pay no mind to the stupid comments below. ❤
Absolutely Mark!! Duh! It should have been a given...that Paul was using his brother's ID!! I just bought wine at the Dollar General and I'm 71ys old. I had to show my ID! But it was actually flattering!
Wow great guests just found your channel thank you! I want to subscribe - feedback to help listeners: when you express your thought or question, that you try not to repeat yourself over and over before guest can answer. :) Thanks again for your channel!

@@brandichurchwell, a new trial will be meaningless if all the potential jurors have been exposed to this ADDED pre-trial publicity that the first verdict was correct but the retrial is just for show.
In my opinion free from false humility, Alex Murdaugh ("AM") should be granted, not a new trial, but dismissal WITH PREJUDICE of the murder and weapon use charges against him because the State INTENTIONALLY botched the first trial.
The State, through its various actors, failed at every stage, starting with the CRITICAL determination of the EXACT time of death. Where alibi is, or expected to be, THE defense of THE ususal suspects, the EXACT time of death should be determined WITH ALL THE ACCURACY AVAILABLE TO MODERN SCIENCE at the initial investigation. Instead, the State sent a coroner without a thermometer.
Then the State send AM to be tried in court where the clerk believed herself to be endowed with magical powers she calls "a woman's intuition" and by a prosecutor who believes a dog is endowed by magical powers to know what a cell phone video is and to predict that Paul Murdaugh would be making one of ANOTHER dog's tail. For that reason, that magical Maggie-Murdaugh-loving and all-knowing dog catches a chicken or a guinea and comes into the kennels with it to supposedly catch AM in a lie about being at the kennels.
Yet, curiously, that super-human "prophet" dog does NOT stay behing the few more minutes (according to the Prosecution's time of shooting) to scare the shooter away or bite him or her or them off Maggie an Paul.
Why, that dog with super-natural powers could have commandeered the eight or so other dogs in the kennels to bark and bite AM off the kennels and off Moselle altogether if that magical dog knew AM was about to shoot Paul and Maggie.
That stupid theory, added to the even more stupid theory that AM's motive was to gain sympathy (of which he already had plenty from to his father's impending death) is ALL the Prosecution had in the first trial and ALL it can have in a new trial. Sadly, that county is full of magic-believing jurors; and a new trial would take South Carolina back to the Middle Ages where guilt or innocence was determined by dunking the suspect in a pool of water and seeing if he sinks or floats.
Interestingly, even back then, it was possible to rig that magical test by surreptitiously, and for a bribe, add salt to the water making it more or less likely for the suspect to sink or float.
If South Carolina cannot mount a clean 21st Century murder trial according to the U.S. Constitution, it has no business mounting criminal trials at all.
Mark. Did Murdaugh paid $ to the Beach family? And what happened to the investigation of the investigation?
Generating publicity & maintaining high profile status is their gravy train. All their actions are intended to feed that purpose.

Serious viewer who pays close attention just not enough to know who anyone is.
PoorCookie being compared to Alex
I agree with Mark Tinsley completely. Judge Newman should not have recused himself. He gave Harpo exactly what he wanted. He is so politically arrogant & thinks he's smarter than any other attorney, Judge or human being. Confuse all the issues & divert all the blame so the media reports are so convoluted the public has no idea what's actually happening.

I can't change my voice.
I think she just has so many thoughts running through her head she doesn’t slow down to think before she speaks… I’m guilty of that when I get on a roll…you can’t help it with this trial…..
Who’s playing ping pong?
Did Becky get fired?
No, she has no reason to be fired. Right now there has been nothing to validate their allegations against her.

Judge Newman violated the Canons when he spoke to the media and the college he graduated from. He needed to recuse himself due to this, and the fact that he may be a witness with regards to Becky Hill.
If you look at most cases, especially criminal cases, the judges don’t speak out about the trial after it’s over especially not before it’s gone through the appeals process.
Like all of your other negative comments on this stream, agree to disagree. :)
You are obviously NOT a lawyer, as you are very wrong.

Nobody trash talked Trump. Did you even listen? She's saying the way media is handled changed since then.
You won’t be missed.
Bye 👋
The financial information should have never been allowed in the trial. It has NOTHING to do with the murders.
He is entitled to a trial on the new state charges. That is everyone’s right regardless of how people feel about him.
Becky Hill got permission to write a book about the process of the Clerk of Court and the Court process. She confirmed to the Ethics committee that it would not be on any case. She lied. She wrote about Murdaugh.
I’m not on the Alec, Poot, or Jim train. I watch all of the podcasts regardless of the host.
Just don’t go done a hole that ruins your show. Mandy has allowed her hatred for Murdaugh to interfere with every show that she does. It is really sad.
I appreciate you watching, although obviously we disagree on these things. The financial information absolutely does have everything to do with the murders, which would make it admissible by law. That's what I was referring to when I said I don't understand how it's so clear that it provided the buildup and the motive, and it's surprising to me that some people don't see that.
I also disagree that he's entitled to a new trial on state charges, and that has nothing to do with him being a lying, cheating murderer, it's bc nothing happened to prevent him from having a fair trial.
The ethics committee letter never said it wasn't going to be about a trial, she specifically said a high profile trial, and the repsonse they gave her and the guidelines made it very clear she was able to do it.
As far as going into a hole that ruins my show, I got my start with Murdaugh and my opinions haven't changed on him since that time. The only thing that would ruin my show is if I wasn't true to myself or changed my beliefs based on what other people think. :)
It had everything to do with murders, it's called MOTIVE.
They repeatedly said that his actions were lead by the drug use and financial ruins
@@brandichurchwell well said!

It is really sad how much the two of you do NOT know about criminal trials.
Nothing against Tinsley but he’s not a criminal attorney.
You should really interview some criminal attorneys and one from other States.
Tinsley literally said he's not a criminal attorney, but he knows more about this case and the people in it than anyone else. Why would I want an out of state attorney to tell me about South Carolina?
@@brandichurchwell You need to interview some criminal attorneys so you will understand why he is entitled to a trial on the financial crimes. I suggested attorneys from another state so that they have no opinion about Murdaugh and can explain what the defense attorneys are doing.
You can dislike Poot and Jim all you want but they are doing their job.
If you were facing criminal charges you would want your attorney to be doing everything they could to get you off, get a better deal, or get you put in a better prison.
If you like a criminal attorney during a trial, they are probably doing a bad job unless you are for the defendant.
