I wonder how it would interact with the cameras like the A7R5 that has the ai chip in it for better AF.

Can you not change the AF sensitivity in camera? I don’t see how ‘active’ AF is a lens issue?

You can absolutely change AF sensitivity in the camera body.
I’m not trying to say it’s a bad thing, just that this lens compared to others is very quick to respond, that’s all.

Beats me why it is not "The equivalent focal length" value that designates the APS-C lenses once and for all.
(especially if it also constitutes TOTALLY dececeptive click-bait perpetrated by YT influencers that habe ALL the power to make the point graphically clear on the pic.
Hence this and the future yt chanels perpetuating this go down the drain.
