    Ha ha...I didn't even have to chill the dough after mixing. Straight away molded in pan, pricked with fork and into freezer for 10 mins and baked. Perfecto!!😁 TQVM for easy peasy recipe 🙏

      Yea, for us we took long while filming and besides our place was very hot at the time. But if you're fast and your place is cold, it's totally doable like you said. Thanks for the comment!

    Will try this for egg tarts. I’ve also tried your mini cheesecake recipe and I received so much compliments. No cracks(as long as u follow what it said not to over mix) right sweetness and so delish 😋

      Is it easy to remove the crust from the mold?did u put oil/grease the mold before putting the crust?

    I used this recipe and your pastry cream recipe to make mini fruit tarts today they turned out amazing. The recipe was so simple to follow. I'm not a baker but it turned out delicious on the first try THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE!

    Las hice hoy. Super deliciosas. La masa perfecta, crujiente y suave a la vez. Mil gracias por la receta. Tenia años que no las hacia. En mi país la llamamos tartaleta, las hice rellenas de crema pastelera y merengue encima.

    Is a tart shell the same as a pie shell? Some recipes ask for frozen or very cold butter while making pies while a few recipes like yours ask for softened butter. I am very confused about this and would appreciate your reply! Thanks! And love your channel btw!😀

      Cold in pie crusts to prevent melting fat into the flour b4 baking; this melting of fat while baking (+ a bit of vinegar) makes pie crusts tender. A pie crust is more tender that a tart shell.
