Hello! I know this is old but would i be able to substitute spelt for whole wheat flour? They look great!
Hi! Spelt is not 1:1 substitution with whole wheat without tweaking the recipe, sorry though. If you don’t have spelt, use all-purpose flour instead. Hope it helps!

Se ve delicioso, una duda, la harina de espelta puede ser sustituida por alguna otra harina? Trigo, integral? Avena? Almendra? Si fuera asi sería en la misma proporción? Muchas gracias
Si no tienes harina de espelta puedes hacer las clásicas con harina de trigo. La receta está en mi canal. Saludos!

After baking, let the tart shells cold in tart pan or remove them and let it cold on rack?

You don’t need to grease the tart pans and the cream is supposed to be cold from the fridge.
