Delicioso 😋, siempre me confundo con algo , entiendo que existe el Chocolate puro y chocolate sucedáneo , pero es mi duda cómo distingues cuál es para hornear y cuál para derretir para un betún o un ganache ?., por favor
en España, el que usamos para derretir pone fondant para postres (no fondant la masa de azúcar para galletas eh) y el otro no lo pone.(sólo pone chocolate, o chocolate con leche o chocolate blanco )

Mine don’t stick but if you’re not sure about yours then yes, grease and flour them just in case. Hope it helps!

The unfinished consume baked chocolate tarts have to be kept refrigerated or leave at room temperature? How long they can last?
Did you grease the mold first before putting the crust??
