That is no longer a beast, it is truly a Monster! I can now see why the Ginger posted a while back about how expensive such lifts prove to be. You've got at lot of extreme aftermarket parts on there, and still need some more. This might be the most epic build Epic has created so far. I'm enjoying the show, and I'm glad I'm not paying your tire or gas bills, Casey. LOL

@@Casey250 I know the feeling, I typically drove full size pickups before my TJ, including crew cab super duty 4x4 diesel long bed which was fun to drive but not very maneuverable. Still better then when I drove semi, but that’s a different story, lol. Keep putting out that awesome content, I’ll keep watching and liking. Cheers!

To address your spare storage needs while still having the bed available I'd suggest getting the Decked System. I have one in my JT Rubi. Secure storage, makes reaching into the bed to retrieve items unnecessary and still allows 2K# storage on top of it.

for spare tire mount you could cut 2 bars and fab them so they bolt into the trail rail on either side. that way the tire could be suspended,

Couple of quick questions, what are the new axles geared at? And where or how to go about getting a nomadic sway bar disconnect for none rubicon models.

They are geared with 4.88. I put a Rubicon sway bar in so you need to find one at a wrecker or used ideally. Then Evo Mfg makes the disconnect for it where to remove the electronics and either put a manual know or pneumatic release.

I love my stingray grey Mojave Gladiator - matching roof- looking so good. Casey I don’t know where you get the $$$. I filled up yesterday in Alberta on regular for $80. $1.18/litre.
In bc average home price is over 1 million $$. I'm pretty sure they can fill up their cars with 2$ gas & not worrying about it too much 🤑😀

They are 17x8.5 with 0mm offset and 4.75in back space.

For the tire rack in the bed I would contact express customs up in parksville, they do custom aluminum trailers to canopies. I guess a decked system would kinda work

I would think that you'll need a ram if you're doing some rough wheeling to move those big tires.
It is an awesome build! I think I would get annoyed by the whine from the super charger. Can't wait to see it on the trails.
Its fairly mild unless your on it (more then 10% throttle lol)

Casey Smitty built sells tire carrier mounts to trailer hitch. Wilco name of it free up space in bed swing hitch off trailer hitch with pin 📍 holds it . I'm thinking getting kmc rims and definitely metal cloak suspension similar to yours
I don't have a hitch haha! I doubt anything that goes on the hitch can handle bouncing around a 145lb spare.

I am contemplating it. It isn't necessary in my opinion unless your in the rocks a lot. I have hydro on my JK and it really changes how it rolls on the highway.

It is and it isn't. The radius arms really drive nice on the road, and when you need it, you can go wheeling.

I cannot begin to estimate how much money has been sunk into that. I thought my mods were spendy...I cannot hold a candle to this. It does need to race a TRX when it is done. And if this is the game, I wonder what Shawn will do to his next?

Hey Casey, awesome Jeep and channel! ❤South African here just wondering, can you go overlanding with a Demon Gladiator or is something like this "too much" for such an application? Maybe fuel consumption is the issue and limits you from going super remote? Or is the power too much and will spin tires when crawling through rugged terrain/rocks and damage them?

Worlds most powerful Jeep? Na, it's a clean build and I do like a lot of it. Somethings I would have done differently but still a nice Jeep, probably the most powerful Jeep in your town but definitely not the world.

That rack is not the move
It puts my RTT a little too high, I am trying to stay under 7ft.
Beatiful build except that rack. Just doesn’t suit the vehicle.
The biggest challenge is it puts my RTT over 7 feet which makes taking the ferry more difficult.
I could think of better vehicles to off road that one seems to be a waste of money
