- No rear suspension on your bike or ebike? No problem! Through Magicycle, I got this articulated seat post suspension and tried it out, videoing it so that you can see the obvious difference that it makes. Comparing it to a regular, spring-loaded seat post, I'd have to say that this is a lot smoother and better at taking the shock out of your ride.

Suntour is the official seat post of the Kardashians.
I have a leather saddle made by Brooks company in England. After a long break in period the seat fits like a glove and has been wonderful on long distance ashpalt tour .However, not great for bouncing about on uneven surface ie rail trails etc... looks like a timely solution as I've tried gel cushion covers and I'm not quite convinced...Look forward to giving this suspension system a try! still looks rough but better but it would put me back for another back surgery but I do miss ridding bikes and motorcycles nothing any better to be in the wind rain sun face to face. I can hardly ride my Golf cart any more. Take care stay safe.

I need to get some kinda one for my lectric ebike...
This one feels smooth, like a cushion. The regular spring seat post feels gritty, for loss of a better word.
I fell much like Linda about bike riding though my husband enjoys it. I'll wait for the electric trike😊

That is the seat post that I have, works very well with the cloud 9 seat, which is worth every penny....A little harder for my toes to reach the ground though....Never seen an ass cam like that before, really shows the action...LOL...

World of difference in the seats posts. I think that should come standard with the e-bike. They need to realize comfort is the name of the game. Build them like all ages is going to be riding them especially older people. Take care and watch out for the chugholes.
I think you're right, they should be standard on the ebikes. I think a lot of ebikes are bought by older folks so that's a big consideration for the manufacturers.

Wow, you're pretty good! The photo with us in front of the VW bus was taken on Linda Isle in Newport Beach, 1974. We were leaving to head down to Mexico, then back up to TX, and make our way to WA from TX. Long time ago!

is this upgrade compatible with any make and model Ebike, or only certain types?
There are 2 different seat post diameters so it depends on your ebike, but most have the fatter seat post. This suspension seat came with an adapter for both.

This is the best type to buy. The ones that look like pogo sticks are no good and you will have buyer's regret if you buy it.

Hello Dennis. It should, but that measurement is usually listed on the ebikes "Geometry" page on the company's website (Lectric) so you can check it before you buy.
