I really liked the video, so TY, and TM in my opinion is the best built bike on the planet, I own 2 of them a 2012 TM 300 MX and a 2010 TM 250 Enduro, both bikes are just amazing machines.
Would like to hear your thoughts on why you chose the F.I. bike over the Carb version But the thing I like the most is the way you have your garage/ workshop set up everything tidy tools on the walls in order a place for everything a real man cave That TM 300 4 stroke did so well in the world championship Enduro Hope your impressed with your new bike👍
That's really simple. The distributor asked which bike I would like to test. I was far more curious about the FI version. I wanted to see how it compared to the TPI.
EFI 2T👌 The TMs certainly look the goods, unfortunately here in Australia they're virtually unknown and not well supported. I'm hanging out for Sherco to release their version of the new 2T next year, and I'll change my 21 model over 🙂👌
Proud owner of a 250 Fi EN 2013 4t here looking to exchange it with the 250 2t. Amazing bike I want the 250 and definately would love to assemble it bymyself. Other than that, it sounds like a cranckshaft bearing is humming. That was my initial thought when I watched the video the first time. Now that I have watched the other one seizing on you I am more biased towards this. You should also check, if the failure was indeed from the bearings, since this is a common problem on those bikes if TM can provide you with the MX bearings which are the roller ones NJ 206 rather than the ball bearings 6206 on enduro models.
@@ChuckfromTrueTech I also remember the older Husqys (agusta ownership) used to use "ETN9 C4" type of ball bearing, maybe that could be an update. Waiting for the repair video.
We saw how you filled 2t oil, gear oil and gasoline, but we did not see the coolant radiators filled. I assume it is not the cause of the engine failure. Greetings and gas
I’m still disappointed TM didn’t jump in and support Megs Braaap when she was having issues with Husky. What a missed opportunity. Although it seems like TM is giving up on North America
No, Mario doesn’t exist. Mario is a complex of multi qualified workers and engineers that produce beautiful machines as TM, Ducati, Aprilia… Italy still is the best in engineers competences of bikes
TM didn’t go out of business. The American distributor went out of business. It’s business as usual in Italy. The Canadian distributor is helping bridge the gap till a new American distributor takes it on.
Really enjoyed the video. Thanks for taking the time to put it together! It's good to see the finer details of bikes like this.
Love the way it sounds
ohh dude nice video, you not just unboxing the bike, but you inspec and teaching stuff love it

Don't know much about tm's bikes so I'm definitely looking forward to more content on it
Great video. Can't wait to see what you think of it after some seat time.
Great and beautiful bike👍
Just got an 01 MX 250 to rebuild. Sweet man

Great video man I like your editing skills and explanations new subscriber
I'm so tired of KTM Group's different colored plastic versions. TM is really awesome looking, maybe one option for season 2024🤔
Thats so true! I thing the quality must be way better on the Tm
Good video! On my Beta I switched the kill switch with the horn button. Then it was at least usable.
That makes a lot of sense!!
Thanks for this video
Damn that sounds nice
Gostaria de testar Tm nas trilhas, antes de comprar mas já me apaixonei pela moto .

TM has shipped “updated” parts from Italy. We’ll see what we get!

ONE MAN ASSEMBLES. there's a youtube video out there of factory tour.
Yep. There are pros & cons. Sounds like I got an extra air filter & cage by mistake. 💪

i think they have been using the same fasteners since 2006
It s a mx bike with lights
its always 13 and 14 or 12 and 13, because you dont need two times the same wrench key ;)
I realized this while working on it. I can see the value, especially on the trail.
Haha yeah that killswitch is ridiculous lol
Surprised you didnt have to prime the oil feed... Also please let us know if the powervalve reset issue has finally been resolved.
The bike was clearly run at the factory. The oil line was fully primed. I’ll ask about the PV!
@@ChuckfromTrueTech Thanks

Good eye, but your assumption is correct. It just didn’t make the cut.
Others getting extra airfilter and cage? Didnt get with 23 en300 carb.
Apparently that’s not a common bit of luck to come by.
13:42 with your other hand? Haha 😂
🤣 Almost everyone who has been riding it is confused when trying to shut it off the first time.

The support depends a lot on the distributor. Hopefully the U.S distribution gets sorted out soon. 🤞
I hope so, too. I never had any problems with Get Dirty Dirt Bikes.
Tell more what happen

So it’s the Mario Bros?
@@ChuckfromTrueTech for sure, not a red neck of the midlands of North America. Practically, 90% of the continent
What Pipe does the Bike come with?
I believe it was HGS. I don’t remember for certain.
int you forget the coolant? :)
You’re the second one to notice that I didn’t include that in the video. Yes, I put coolant in it.
Watching your videos I didn’t doubt that at all :)
TM went out of business a few months ago, closed down USA operations and went home to Italy to try to sell it.

😂is it wideratio
Definitely wide ratio. I didn’t do a top speed test, but it hauls. I rarely had it in 6th. Even on the road.
@@ChuckfromTrueTech is it like ktm. I heard tm dont use gears for enduro. Is it sure wideratio
You sir are a butcher i bet a tm mechanic would weep watching you assemble his bike SMH
