      @@308sir if u mean float balsa buoyancy,it has this but is stronger than most other versions on market. Problem is I just noted they have stopped making them unfortunately

      @@308sir None mate, use it with a baitrunner reel or set the drag on a regular reel way low, then use a bite alarm and bobin.

    Could you use a float but just put a float stop at before the ledger?

    And when you tighten down to your lead the stem lays almost flat making it completely pointless.

      Hi Simon, when a pike picks up the bait and the line/braid clips out of the drop off indicator the tension is released the ledger stem will pop back up to allow the line to flow with next to no resistance.
