  • A passenger view from a train between Romney Sands & Dungeness, on the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway, the best small railway in England, which runs on 13.5 miles of track between Hythe & Dungeness, the engines are one third full size, the line opened on the 16th July 1927, well worth a visit....

    Been there and it's well worth it , great ride behind those lovely loco's, there's a museum telling the story . And a fair cuppa .

      Yes, it's even older! The line was opened between Hythe and New Romney in 1927 and extended to Dungeness the following year. Centenary celebrations in 2027. Don't miss them!
