    Mine turned out to be the MAF sensor. Pumped loads of black smoke out when under load or accelerating. Job done. Thanks for the information.

      If your car fuel is gasoline it gives White smoke not black smoke

      No, if engine oil is leaking from piston ring and burn in combustion chamber, it generates black smoke
