That is remarkable how controlled it was to the point you could do it against a regular mat without a crashpad, with zero risk to the partner. Impeccable.

This dude could probably do that to somebody twice his weight.
Scary.
Maybe. I'd like to see him do this to someone he can't wrap his arms around.

The way his arm muscles flexed and almost tore that shirt scared the shit out of me
Damn I couldn't train with such a hot teacher!!
Professional wrestling, too. Reminds me of the Steiner Bros.
This is one of my favorite suplexes, next to the German suplex
In pro wrestling they call it belly to belly suplex
The German is not a real name, it's the belly to belly, it's because of brocks German history it's named his signature gimmick move

I will definitely try this when my grandma gives me a big hug during the holidays!
I like this takedown because you can also go for the inside trip from this position if they end up moving backward instead of frontwards.
Nice and clean!!!
Fairly simple and easy to pull off, especially if your opponent doesn’t have any wrestling experience.
What a great teacher, you catch about 70% of what he is saying and what you do hear has as few describing details as possible. Master class right here
Incredible how he trust you
Greco Wrestling suplex is wonderful too!

I watched all style of suplex to find the style of 244 suplex and I finally find it perfectly.

Good way to slip a disc. Props. 👍
I saw a video of guy trying this in a drunk altercation. Broke his own neck and the other guy was fine.
I'd say don't go for this fancy stuff, once you have him to throw him, just got the side with it or something, your safety comes first.
He didn’t execute it well, if you execute this perfectly it’s impossible for you to break your neck.
