    Watching that move scares the shit outta me. Big E of WWE recently broke his neck off a similar move. That back arch and twist really is vital to protecting the other person

      The guy in the video is a Greco Roman wrestler, all their moves are high elevation throws. If you Arnt trained with these type of throws or moves don't fucking attempt it unless you know what you are doing

    Having wrestling in MMA is your foundation to being a good fighter. Theres a reason why so many wrestlers are champions. If you teach them a bit of jiu-jitsu and a lot of striking you got your champ right there. 😂

    This is awesome self defense move for strong athletic guys.Throw someone like that on concrete or hard floor and it's pretty much over.Easy to execute and much safer than getting into punching

      Check out Cary Kolat his channel is on same level as this one but more wrestling based with some great throws. I hit his single leg to seat belt throw on everyone.

    I practice judo, i find back ura nage (my stomach to opponents back suplex) super hard, even tho it is the judo standard, while i find the front ura nage (my stomach to opponents stomach suplex) much easier 😮
